Service et souvenirs magiques.
Pros:

Superbe accueil par Thiết et toute sa famille. Très agréable et très chaleureux, la chambre était impeccable et le petit déjeuner avec les crêpes coco maison délicieux. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’une sortie trekking organisée avec visite de village et bains aux herbes médicinales c’était Magique ! Vive Happy Family Hotel Vive le Vietnam et Vive le bâton magique 😁😁

De eendaagse wandeltour die wij via de host hebben geboekt (met La La) was super! Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was ook erg mooi.

Le gérant parle français et nous a aidé à réserver notre trekking, notre visite à FansiPan ainsi que notre départ de la ville vers notre étape suivante. Très gentil, super accueil. Je recommande chaudement.

Pros:

Un emplacement idéal, au calme. Un accueil très chaleureux et des hôtes parlant un français parfait. Possibilité de donner son linge à laver. Excursions proposées avec un guide francophone au top. De nombreux conseils et informations sur les habitudes ,les traditions. Nous recommandons fortement.
L'adresse a changé depuis 11 mois mais pas précisé sur Booking, heureusement le gérant nous a envoyé un message.

Rien à redire.

A cheap yet great stay in Sapa
Pros:

Great value for money, big rooms, great view over the city, organised 2-day trekking, lovely and relaxed staff. Great location.

Great position, rooms could be improved
Pros:

The view from the room was fantastic; location is very nice. Personnel very helpful and nice. On the downside, not very cozy and cold lighting in the rooms. AC inverter was not working and therefore the room was humid and somewhat cold. The WiFi on the 3rd floor didn’t work.

A room with a stunning view and the most charming hosts
Pros:

The hosts are so warm and welcoming, we felt instantly at home. They speak great English and French, and gave us good recommendations for exploring the local area.

We had a room with an awesome view over the lake and Sapa town - a good size, quiet, and super clean.

Location is great - you’re close enough to the action of the town, with all restaurants nearby, but far enough away to feel isolated from the built up and noisy parts.

Pros:

Good location (5min away from main square). Spacy.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

A bit pricey for the area and no proper separate shower in the bathroom (which was however very clean, and hot water)

One of the best choices in SaPa!
Pros:

Great hospitality, super room with great beds. Shower with glass panel to avoid flooding of the bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Great people, very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is Vietnamese mostly from what we saw. if you prefer anything else there are great alternatives around at 5 min walk.
