OK but there's other places
Pros:

Location was okay. We found it a little barren for food compared to other hotels in the area. We appreciated the kind staff. The view from the balcony was nice.

Cons:

Rooms were quite run down with stained, dented walls and stained furniture. When we came in there was a distinct smell of wet rag that we eventually figured out it was from the bedding, like they didn't dry the laundry properly. We were offered a diffuser for the room but it just.mixed some lemongrass into the already existing smell.

The window near/in the bathroom was SO dirty and didn't close properly no matter what we tried so we got a bit of noise from the roads during the night and early evenings. The shower door didn't work because the plastic liner was loose and the silicone was moldy.

FYI the mattress is STIFF. I think this is the norm in smaller VN hotels.
