Great hospitality but the facilities really need some care...
Pros:

Hosts were extremely considerate. Helped me organize a driver from the airport. And even offered a new room when issues arose.

Cons:

I received a room with bed bugs and a few other pest issues. I was surprised with the cleanliness of the room since the reviews rave about this place. I left the morning after checking in.

We loved the personnel, the great,great swimming pool, the spacious rooms and the promptitude of resolving or trying to résolve all' our demands. Was great we could oeder take away and bé able tò est there.Thank you.

Chỗ nghỉ siêu sạch sẽ, từ phòng ở đến wc đều sạch, có dầu gội sữa tắm thuận tiện, cách rừng dừa tầm 5km nhưng đi cũng khá gần, cũng khâ gần phố cổ hội an. Đặc biệt nhân viên siuuu dễ thương

Amazing experience, highly recommend! We will be back!
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. When we arrived (late at night) they were very quick and helpful getting us to our room. In the morning we met Thu Vân she was so lovely, it was a lovely warm welcome she recommended loads of places to go and things to do and just made our experience even better! Thank-you to all of the staff we appreciate your kindness.

Cons:

There’s chickens nearby which you may hear earlier in the morning but it’s out of there control.

Pros:
