Pros:

Mình vừa có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại My Anh Villa và thật sự rất hài lòng!
Phòng ở rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, trang trí tinh tế và đầy đủ tiện nghi, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Mọi thứ đều được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng, từ ga giường đến nhà vệ sinh – không có gì để chê!
Hồ bơi thì rất trong xanh, sạch sẽ, có không gian cây xanh thư giãn xung quanh rất chill.
Điều khiến mình ấn tượng nhất là chủ nhà cực kỳ thân thiện và hiếu khách. Từ lúc đặt phòng đến lúc check-in, anh/chị chủ đều hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn tận tâm và luôn nở nụ cười.
Nói chung là trải nghiệm 10/10, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu cho bạn bè! ❤️

Beautifully relaxing, family friendly, we absolutely loved our stay at My Anh Boutique Villa
Pros:

The staff are absolutely amazing , meeting Nancy and her team was great they made us feel like family and nothing was a problem, both Nancy and Phượng made our stay a wonderful experience, both helpful in guiding us on which tours to do and giving us information on the surrounding area and attractions, along with booking tours and organising for us to be picked up.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy we couldn’t have asked for more. The pool area is stunning and a great way to relax after a day of visiting historic sites. But also nice to sit while having breakfast too and just relaxing talking with Nancy .

Nice hotel with a star host!
Pros:

The host Nancy is super friendly, sincere and helpful! Before we started the trip, we would like to understand more about Hoi An so she recommended some spots via WhatsApp and also help us to arranged a Van which fits for 9 people and the price is very fair. She makes our trip smoother and we will suggest to anyone who visit Hoi An!

Friendly staff and good location, but the room had serious issues with mosquitos and maintenance, so we had to leave ear
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and apologetic. Air con issue was dealt with quickly and we were moved to a new room. Good location near nice cafés and restaurants. Refund was given without any problems when we checked out early.

Cons:

Room had a serious mosquito problem (many dead on arrival, more appearing overnight, woke up covered in bites). Shower seal was broken, causing the bathroom to flood. Room did not match expectations from photos.

Pros:

The environment feels like home. There is digital piano provided so my girl is able to continue playing the piano while holidaying. Host is friendly and accommodative.

Cons:

Not much of variety for breakfast. Offered same breakfast for my 2 nights stay.
One of the room light wasn't working, have already feedback to the host but nothing has been changed.
Maintenance should checked on it before next visitor check in.
Room is considered quite small for a triple room.
