The host accepted our request on booking, but half an hour later I received a message in which he told us that the structure couldn't welcome us. So we couldn't go there
they denied us room when we arrive there by saying they don’t have any room available
booking.com needs to confirm weather the properties have space left or not this is the second incident in a week. greatly unhappy with booking.com seems like it’s not a credible app anymore
