A truly relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

I really enjoy their complimentary breakfast, which lets me sample authentic Albanian dishes like burek. I also love their spa and pool, which are beautifully designed to resemble an ancient Roman bathhouse.

Cons:

They mentioned that they could not adjust or reset the dates of stay in case unexpected changes occur. My stay in Pristina, Kosovo, however, depends on other factors—such as the host’s decision to arrange side trips, which would require booking accommodations in another hotel.

Pros:

Obsługa na recepcji jak i w całym obiekcie bardzo pomocna, profesjonalna i z uśmiechem. Obiekt kameralny z ładnym ogrodem i basenem , blisko Albi Mall. Gorąco polecam. Na pewno tam wrócimy !

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und überzeugt vor allem durch seine Sauberkeit. Besonders der Poolbereich ist traumhaft gestaltet und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Auch das Frühstück hat mich begeistert, sehr vielfältig und köstlich.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls praktisch, mit dem Taxi ist man in etwa 5 Minuten in der Stadt.

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gern wieder!

Not enough for the price
Pros:

The staff were really nice and friendly. Everything in the hotel was clean and tidy.

Cons:

It was very hot in the hotel, both in the hotel room and the common areas. Ventilation on the movement did not work. The phone to the service room didn't work either.
