Abdullah in der Rezeption war sehr nett,hotel ist nicht sauber,lage ist mega super,Parkplatz extra bezahlt, 10 Euro pro nacht

Pros:

Türkçe konuşulması, konumu ve temizliği. Ayrıca bir günlüğüne bize eşlik edecek arkadaşımıza uygun fiyatlı bir konaklama seçeneği sundular.

Cons:

Önce ücretsiz otopark olduğu, sonra günlüğü 10€’ya yakındaki bir otoparkı kullanabileceğimiz söylendi. Daha önce burada yaşadığım için ücretsiz park yeri bulabileceğimi söyleyince görevlinin tavrı olumlu yönde değişti ve park edilebilecek yakın bir yer üzerine konuştuk. Resimlerde görülen balkon aslında yoktu. Balkonun girişi başka odaya verilmişti. Nevresimler, yastık, yorgan ve havlu eksiği vardı. (Ertesi gün bunların yan odada kalanlar tarfından alındığı söylendi.) Bunlar tek seferde değil, belirli aralıklarla parça parça temin edilebildi. Nevresimlerin hazırlanması akşam görevlisi tarafından “benim görevim değil” denilerek müşteriye yaptırıldı. (Ertesi sabah bu hususları yorumlara yazacağımızı bildirdiğimizde hatayı telafi edecek bir adım atmak yerine yorum yazmamamız için temizlikçinin hatası olduğu, kardeş olduğumuz gibi çeşitli argümanlar ileri sürüldü.) Bavulların taşınmasına yardım edilmedi. Oda soğuktu; kalorifer çalışmıyordu, klima ile ısıtıldı. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici değildi. Mutfakta sigara içildiği için kahvaltı salonu ve merdivenler sigara kokuyordu.

küçük bütik bir işletme, sahipleri türk, Türkçe anlaşıyorsunuz, yeri eski taş köprüye ve tarihi alana çok yakın. kahvaltı standart yöresel bir şey yok. bize verilen oda büyük ve güzeldi. otoparkı yok.

Very good location. Comfortable beds. Spacious, very big room.

Cons:

Our balcony door handle was taken out, but it was not locked so it was possible to open the door from inside and from outside. When we asked about it they said because it is the next door room’s balcony and we should not use the balcony there. Its kind of ridicilous, they should have lock the door permanently then. But no big problem. Although the location is great, it was very loud outside even at night, when the windows are open. It can be a bit problem if you have a baby for example. The breakfast can be improved, we asked for a hardboiled egg for my 3 year old son, and they just said “no we cant do that”

I will not recommend and won’t like to stay again

Just the location and nothing else. Sorry I must admit the sheets are so clean& satin cotton

The bathroom is very uncomfortable without a wall separation and that gave a bit uncomfy
There was a reception but no service no help at all. No lift and had to carry our luggages up 2 floors. We need some information about the time table of the Prıshtina buses, calling taxis etc. no help at all just showed where taxis can be found and that was all. It was rather like an a&bb rather than a 3 star hotel.
