Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very comfortable and I loved spending my birthday there.
Monique, the receptionist, wss a lovely, friendly lady.
She made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast was great! Hope made the best scrambled egg ever! Besides a cooked breakfast there were also fruits, yoghurt, cereals, etc.
What made our stay extra special was Poppie, the owl. We briefly saw the male, but sadly not the little one.
We would easily stay there again.

Cons:

Leaving. No complaints at all.

OTTIMO PUNTO DI PARTENZA PER VISITARE CAPO AGULHAS
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare Capo Agulhas.
Camera pulita, ma freddissima.

Cons:

La temperatura esterna era molto fredda e non esiste riscaldamento in camera. Sarebbe bene prevedere un condizionatore caldo/freddo.
la colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. A parte le uova cucinate fresche sul momento, le marmellate era quelle confezionate anni 90.

If we hadnt paid for 3 nights we would have left earlier. It was definitely not worth R8500

Definitely not a 5-star HOTEL as advertised. It is more like a bed and breakfast. If it was a hotel, one should be able to have room service, a meal at lunch and definitely a dinner. The doors of the room allow the wind to stream through and disturbing the blinds making it difficult to sleep. The iron balustrades are rusted and have been painted over in black. The hotel would not only have Netflix but one should get local channels as well. The towels were thin and threadbare, and the small facecloths were stained. The soap dispensers were fixed to the wall and there weren't enough in the showers
