Cost effective and vlose to shopping centres

Cons:

Manager and staff fight in the allies.Scream on each other.
The admin between booking.com and Sun 1 Hotel is not up to date and I had to pay for my previous and current stay.
When I phoned one evening to ask the male that answer the phone he said they received my payment but when I got at the hotel, they said I owe the money from the previous stay.
The milk was not available at the coffee machine do I had to asked the staff later for milk.
The beds mattress on the left side needs to be replaced because it worned out.

Shower was filthy,carpets are dirty,the people in the room next to us were screaming at each other and banging on doors 2 nights in a row.
