The phone in the room didn't work and to get to reception is quiet a distance. Reception should be easily accessible from the room.

We’ll be staying there again next time we’re in Polokwane.
Pros:

The place was clean, quieter than most places near main roads. Staff was great and quick with our requests.

Cons:

They really need to change the bases of the beds. They make noise at every turn. The carpet needs to be pulled at the corners to smooth it out again.
