Comfortable rooms and good selection of restaurants
Pros:

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Big selection of restaurants on site to choose from. Good breakfast with a big selection.

Cons:

Could do with a coffee plunger or coffee machine in the room.

Absolutely fantastic, such a wonderful treat for the family.

Cons:

If I had to complain about anything, I found the rooms quite cold, there is a aircon heater but it was quite loud so we couldn’t sleep with it on and the room temperature dropped significantly without it on.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely visit again when they are a bit taller.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Gold Reef City Theme Park Hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process were quick and hassle-free.
The staff throughout both the hotel and the theme park were amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
A great bonus was that our package included entry to the theme park for both days of our stay, which added excellent value and allowed us to make the most of our visit.
I also appreciated the handwashing stations located throughout the park, which made it easy to keep clean while enjoying the attractions. The toilets were consistently cleaned and smelled fresh.

Cons:

The only downside for us wasn’t anything to do with the hotel stay, but rather the theme park itself. I would have liked there to be more thrilling rides available for my 8 year old son. Unfortunately, he didn’t meet the 1.3 m height requirement for many of the rides, which meant he was mostly limited to the kiddies’ rides. He found these a bit disappointing, so having more “thrilling” options for children in that in-between age and height range would have made the experience even better.

The area is very safe & clean, friendly staff & all our needs were attended to & oh we had gone there to celebrate my daughter's birthday & they gave us a Lil cake to help with the celebration

Outstanding, highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

The room was classy and very comfortable! Huge bathroom and bath. Very quiet - wonderful! The hotel and restaurant staff were super-friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Please offer an option for firmer pillows. The ones provided looked good, but were like airbags
