Pros:

Nothing at all, the lady gave a good service when I checked in, when I checked out in the morning, I had to wait for 10 min with no one at reception, while she's buzy running around talking to the cleaning stuff, so unprofessional

Cons:

The facilities, they should improve that, even their bedding is worn our, colour has faded

A pass mark but can do much better .
Cons:

Sun 1 Edenvale is value accommodation. You cannot squeeze 3 people in 1 small room . In my case I was single . The basic amenities are there . The disappointment was the double bed . This was a thin double mattress on a board . Surely u can do better than this . The price was R611/nt .
The more realistic cost would be R450 .
Next time I will look for better value .

Wash wash wash your sheets!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Please wash your bedding!! Smells like it has never been washed in years. Location is alright, also change your plugs, no two pin plug (twin plug) fits coz it’s in an obscure spot when u plug it in it pushes the switch to off coz it’s a tight space, had to unplug the TV so we can charge. Water is hot but no soap. Again the sheets are smelly you’ll leave with a blocked nose 🤢🤮 room 313

The room was small and the bathroom is a horrible site.

The room that we were offered is not meant for relaxation. It is for someone who has no where to go and chooses that place as a last resort.
