The staff was so welcoming

Setup of their rooms is not good...The beds are not comfortable and it's old shape

Cons:

It's not a place for a holiday stay.

It's more for an individual who is eager to just bath and go or for an hour stay most.

Not family friendly.

Very little toilet and shower at first we assumed that there was no toilet and shower as its together and a small space

Booking.com charged me more than if I would book directly with the property.

All in all I will never book a Sun1 property again.

Also there stairs be parpared to walk up and down stairs as there's no lifts to take you to the upper levels.

Pros:

Stuff was friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Smell of the room was bad, carpets dirty , shower rainhead broken, air conditioner broken not working, that hotel needs an upgrade i was very dissapointed.

my worst ever since I used Sun1
Pros:

I was called to inform me that the original facility I had booked had water issues so I was being transferred. Staff was good

Cons:

I was made to pay for the new highly priced facility even though I did not initiate the transfer
The transfer was not seamless. I had to spend time at reception while they sorted that out even though my arrival time at the new facility was known more than an hour earlier
The room: airconditioning not working, toilet flushing continually flowing, TV picture quality bad.

Overall everything was good and the staff helped us because some room's didn't have WIFI
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Only tea was available that was the positive thing.

Cons:

The Television system is outdated, try dstv or something else
