Location and lovely breakfast

Cons:

It was good but didn’t live up to expectations I had heard of place. Luggage never arrived in room .
We booked a spa treatment and only afterwards people in Area said did we use faculties but they were never shown or offered.

Luxury and history in the Midlands
Pros:

Venue, location and attention to detail was awesome. The room was spacious and comfortable with heated flooring . The spa was amazing with all its amenities and spa treatment options including a flotation pool that was situated in a repurposed dairy silo.

Staff were warm and welcoming amd there was lots to do in the area

Pros:

Loved the facilities, especially the indoor pool which we used with our kids after 7pm, it was relaxing and enjoyable. The convenience of the golf cart to get around was great, and general hospitality . We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The property is very well maintained.

Cons:

Perhaps a separate alcohol section, or bar, with kitchen menu catering more separate to allow for more halaal options. While there are vegetarian and seafood options, if kitchens are separate for preparation, there is less concern and Muslims would feel more comfortable to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Peaceful stay with family
Pros:

Self catering unit was neat and clean. It had suitable utensils. Views were lovely. Yards were lush and beautiful.

Cons:

No aircon in the self catering units. Floors were squeaky and slippery and there were no mats.

Wonderful night away!

Great service and friendly staff, having my car washed morning of our departure was a wonderful surprise!

Rooms best in the Midlands - cozy and comfortable and fantastic views of the Midlands.
Excellent dinner and breakfasts.
Easy access to wedding venue, golf and eateries.
Nice to have the car wash available each morning.

Cons:

The link from the hotel to the cottages could be better, we had family in cottages and we had to drive there.
As the crow flies it is close. Try make a plan.
