Cons:

Giriş 3.katta. önce asansör e biniliyor. Odaya çıkmak için gene bir başka asansör gerekiyor. Odada sabun, şampuan yoktu. Tam bir büyük otel karışıklığı. Kahvaltı güzel değil.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

This was a great location to be close enough to the airport and being able to fit in some shopping before departing. The proximity to Sandton City is amazing and the hotel offers a shuttle service between the hotel and mall. The staff was extremely friendly which we really enjoyed. The cooked made the most amazing Boerewors relish for breakfast and it was really first class. The hotel was also super accommodating with an early check in and late check out. For our family this was a great stay.

I booked two rooms for my family. Both bathtubs had plugs that did not work so we couldn’t run a bath. The rooms and bathrooms weren’t cleaned when we got to our rooms. There was a chair in one of the rooms that smelt terrible I had to put the cushion in a cupboard just so I could sleep. One of the bathrooms didn’t have all the toiletry stuff in it. One of the rooms was booked for 3 because of kids yet only two towels were in the room.

The food in the restaurant took an hour to arrive and when it did the pizza was made of bread dough and cheddar cheese. The chef said she doesn’t make the pizza’s she just warms them in the oven. I ordered room service again took over an hour to make toasted sandwiches and fruit platters.
