Guest Reviews
Spacious rooms, comfortable stay, rooms are clean and well kept.
Took a bit of time for check-in. I was requested for proof of payment.
I don't think it was worth the price I paid. On top of that, the price didn't include breakfast.
Didn't see the "boutique" part of it...
Everything
The pool was dirty
There is no microwave in the rooms
The stuff members
I had a special request with the room that I had booked, but was allocated another room as it was on maintenance. No communication was made prior the allocation of the new room.
No hot water at night, dirty shower, and bad smell from the aircon
The staff went over and beyond to accommodate special requests, they are friendly.
Is very clean
Nothing
Everything was clean
The restaurant closed early on Christmas Day
Location is convenient and facilities are super clean
Nothing
Comfortable and convenient.
Malfunctioning air-condition unit.
I arrived and had no accommodation
The lack of assistance
I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room.
I ddnt spend a lot of time in the room. I was out most of the time.
Cleanliness of the sitting area
Took longer for them to prepare meals. When food was received, it was even a toast as ordered and there were chips added to the takeaway which i did not order. I ordered Ham and cheese, but i was billed for Back, egg and cheese - when enquiring, i was informed that they charge one price for the sandwich
