Romantic place. Food for lovers
The view of the mountain at night and daylight, was mind blowing and refreshing
Our room wasn't cleaned, it was cleaned after we asked about it in the afternoon. The drive to the location was stressful, especially after it has rained.
An exceptional surrounding view of the Magaliesberg mountains; quiet and tranquil, and the pool area was a highlight!
Breakfast was very good and the venue offered total peace and tranquility
The access road requires improvement as sometimes difficult to negotiate in a small saloon car
The food was delicious the place is spotless. The Chef was friendly.
The bed was a bit small for myself and my husband it was not so comfortable. If you can change to the queen size bed. Everything else is perfect 👌
Peaceful weekend getaway, not too far from JHB. Place is small and quiet - ideal if you want to get away from the busy parts of Gauteng.
The last few KM’s of dirt road are not the best. You can get through with a normal car, but just need to be careful and take it easy/slow.
The lodge is situated high in the Magaliesberg range providing lovely views of the mountains. Excellent meals provided together with great service. Lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and relax.

The location is awesome except for the roads getting there.

Exceptional service. Well maintained. Value for money. Clean and neat space. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended to get away from the city and enjoy the quiet space of nature.
All the meals were delicious especially the 3 course dinner menus. A+ to the chef.
