Cozy place at a good price

The ambience ,the food from the restaurant was tasty, affordable and the swimming pool was clean and we had fun swimming in it .

The cleanliness and security arrangement. The requirement to obtain an exit pass from the reception before leaving the premises is a very rare security arrangement.
The location is good with many local lounges around. Just about 15mins by cab from the local wing of the airport.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The Alade Avenue location felt rough and not very relaxing, and the service was below expectations. The main shower in my room was unusable as it pointed at the wall, leaving me to manage with the hand shower. The towels looked old, and both breakfast and other complimentary services were subpar. The accommodation itself feels very old painting over worn-out walls isn’t enough and several appliances need proper cleaning or replacement, as some fridges were in bad condition and smelled unpleasant.

However, I have to commend Helen, the customer service manager, for her effort to salvage the situation. She arranged for me to move to another branch in a more serene environment, which made a huge difference and was truly appreciated. Management should improve maintenance and service quality across all locations, but Helen’s professionalism stood out positively.
