Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed. Fantastic location. No kitchen so we had to eat out for all meals. Not social. Rooms cleaned daily. Would recommend

Fine for the price but quite basic.

The location of the guest house is perfect to get to and from all sides of the island.

Cons:

To be fair, there are only about two extremely smart hotels on Little Corn which were unfortunately booked for our stay. Sunshine Hotel is OK for what it is and the price, but it’s pretty budget. We didn’t have any hot water at all for the duration although we didn’t bother saying anything because we were out and about most days. I suspect most people had the same issue.

The room itself was definitely just somewhere to sleep. It was clean enough but there’s the bare minimum in it. I wouldn’t want to spend two weeks there if that was my option.

We checked out early due to not loving it

Exceptional
Pros:

The location, the staff.... everything. It's in a great location, just Steps From the main area. I can not stop bragging about the people here, so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always have the most beautiful smiles. Everything is so genuine

Cons:

I can't think of anything a do not like here. If I have to say one thing I wish that the electricity stayed on longer than 6:00 a.m.
