Pros:

Breakfast was not available

Cons:

Lovely room and it was easy access to make a cup of coffee. While we did not expect it based on what we booked, I would suggest revising your signage out front and making sure patrons do not expect breakfast - several places mention this as a bed and breakfast which it is not - it is just a boutique hotel located in a house

Overall it was enjoyable,clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was very well decorated. It was a walkable distance to shops and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to my text and worked to address my issue with the internet. The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

The property was pricey for what was offered. There was no breakfast at the bed and breakfast. Juice is offered but you have to make it yourself. There was no cleaning person to refresh towels or make the bed. At a rate of 1300 for 4 nights, I would have expected more amenities.

Good location
Pros:

I liked the common areas they offered their guests to sit & enjoy both inside and outside the property. It was also nice to get two beach tags to enjoy a day on the beach with no added cost. We also liked having a breakfast spot right across the street. Convenient location.

Cons:

Suite 1 was very stuffy. The AC remote did not change the AC settings. We couldn’t adjust the temperature so the room was always a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house. And the bedframe was very squeaky every time you sat on the bed, got up, or turned sides at night.

The b&b was gorgeous and had wonderful amenities. The parking space was a must since we were there a busy beach weekend. Walkable to town and everything you need!

Contact-free, boutique-style inn with beautiful rooms, good location
Pros:

Beautiful, boutique-style building, suite 6 was well appointed with a large bathroom, extra towels, beach tags, and welcome prosecco

Cons:

Outside seating area was not maintained and therefore not useable, no human contact on property, no breakfast except coffee/juices

Need more outlets in the room. The price is high in my openion with no breakfast included and no staff on premises. It is more of an airbnb rather than being advertised as a boutique hotel there is no amenities or services to be called a boutique hotel.

Cons:

I do believe that it should be labeled as an Airbnb rather than a boutique hotel a boutique hotel has many services on the premises. This is just basically rooms so very nice but the labeling of it is a little misleading..

Cons:

There was no breakfast although the outside sign said it was a bed and breakfast. No valets and the room was on the second floor. I am 71 years old and it was hard to carry luggage up and down the outside stairs to the second floor. Coffee machine and orange juicer had no instructions included so I had no way to access them. The maid left at 2pm so there was no one at the Inn to ask any questions. The locks involved entering a predetermined code. It didn't always work and it took several times to get into the place. Because of these shortcomings. I thought the place was overpriced.

Nice hotel but needs some humans around.
Pros:

Very comfortable and in a great location, walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

No people around. Check in all done electronically.
