The woman owner yelled and screamed giving my partner and I a long discussion about noise and making a rukus.. she stated we woke up the other guests and that simply isnt true!!..
On top of all that she was extremely disrespectful when addressing her concerns and even asked my partner for me to leave and for him to stay as "i like you way better than her" and gave him unsolicited advice about a relationship with me- extremely awkward and awful experience!!! Never book this again and i will request my refund as this woman owner refused to give me back my refund.

I observed that the absence of air conditioning in the rooms, with only fans available, was the only aspect I found less than optimal. However, considering our visit occurred in April when temperatures occasionally rose, I believe air conditioning could have enhanced comfort during warmer nights. Nonetheless, I understand that such amenities may be less necessary during the rainy seasons. Please note that this observation is intended solely as constructive feedback rather than a complaint.

Really small room, no air and no air circulation because we only had one little window to the corridor - really hot and bad air during the day and at night in the room
Lots of moskitos in the room because of the open window - Moskito net at the window would be necessary

Staff were unpleasant and rude, we got charged extra for using the kitchen without being communicated this upfront, felt unwelcome at times. It's a shame as the place itself is very lovely.

Nobody spoken English

The hotel advertised late check-in. I booked after midnight. They accepted the reservation. I showed up ten minutes later. They did not respond to the door or telephone.

The next day, they reported me to Booking.com as a no-show because my reservation was necessarily for the prior night even though I booked after midnight (i.e. the following day).

That was not only stupid but an insult. If they took my reservation after midnight, they should have opened the door. Adding to frustration they reported me as a no-show when it was the staff who didn't show up.

They were surly and argumentative. Be careful about this place.

No Option for a forth Matress

the hostal does not have POS you can only pay in cash or transfer, and we where not notified before, we were aware until we arrive

The wifi didn’t reach the room I was in, not a big deal for one night, but I did notice.
The room I was in had a shared bathroom with two doors. I never knew if the other person might walk in on me. This didn’t happen but still not an ideal set up for the bathroom.
