AirBnB posing as a hotel; all good.
Pros:

This facility is more of an AirBnB than a hotel. There is no one on site to manage the property, and all communication is by email and text. As long as you understand that, all will be good. The property manager was very responsive. The room (#3) was spacious and had a kitchenette with a full refrigerator.
Don't miss Cornucopia on the first floor -- outstanding lunch!

Very good hotel. Easy to get a hold of staff (if needed), overall it was a good place to stay and exactly as advertised.
Pros:

I liked the place, the location was good and not a bad walk to downtown.

There is no staff on site so if you have any problem, you'll need to figure it out yourself.
Pros:

Nice hotel and the location was great. Excellent access to the main strip. It's within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.

Cons:

The shower was broken and there is no staff on site. Water was flowing out the broken hose so we were able to make due. The wife wasn't happy about that and we got no response from the help number. Housekeeping must have known about this because it's not exactly something you could miss.

interesting set up, but nicely decorated, comfortable rooms.
Cons:

intoxicated people right outside our windows. Although we were on the 2nd floor, it was loud the two weekend nights we stayed

Great weekend getaway!
Pros:

Our room faced the middle of downtown right across from a historic museum/church. the Copper Queen Hotel was right next door and a nice place to visit and have drinks. We also had a nice breakfast at the Cornacopia Cafe on the bottom floor of our hotel. We were able to walk to local pubs like the Legion and the Table was nice for lunch.

Cons:

Nothing in town really opens till 11 but that has nothing to do with the San Ramon

Pros:

We had to check-in 3 hours early due to an emergency and the staff was so understandable and nice. Our room was very comfortable and we had enough of everything. Even though the hotel is in mid-town but it’s still nice and quiet. There are many different sources to keep the room nice and cool.

Cons:

Maybe having a better quality hand soap would be nice to have.

Centrally located convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location for strolling around and close by restaurant makes this place ideal for a stay. Room and bathroom was clean and considering the age of hotel, it was maintained properly.

Cons:

Communication, communication, communication.

When we arrived, the door was locked, and we couldn't figure out how to get into the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't helpful in answering our questions, even though we later found out it has the same owner as the hotel.

After going back to the restaurant, one staff member finally came over and helped us access our room. It would have been much easier if the hotel had clear signage directing guests where to check in or how to access the hotel.

Pros:

Location was good., restaurant downstairs was nice

Cons:

A/C in one room didn't really work, shower head wouldn't stay hung up. In second room, shower also had issues of spraying all over. There were bugs in the room.

Cute room, location is good. Comfy beds
Pros:

Very cute room with comfy bed and plenty of space

Cons:

Very loud street noise and people coming up the stairs, etc. it wasn’t horrible but it did keep us up at night a little bit.
