Decent but would not return
Pros:

I like that the location was near many opportunities. It was also in an area that was near food, gas, etc. especially within walking distance.

Cons:

The hotels are confusing on this property as to where to go, especially to check in. This hotel may look rundown but the rooms appear to be renovated.
I still have yet to receive the deposit for “incidentals” returned to my card.
There advertising is conflicting regarding a no pets policy, but when you are on the site PLEASE be mindful to click on the option to be refunded in the event you book because you have a pet. When you search for pet friendly hotels, THIS property will be in the results! I had to find other accommodations for my service pet.
The beds have that annoying metal base, a lot of the hotels have this and it is just cumbersome. Just expect some noise when moving around
The room needs a deep cleaning and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the refills.
It advertises a breakfast but never appeared that it was there at all.
This property attracts all kinds of clientele. If my partner was not with me, I would not have felt safe. Not the best place if you have children

Uncomfortable and disgusting. No one should bear to sleep here.

Everything, unhelpful and rude staff along with the disgusting conditions of the room. Cigarette burns on the bed and the disgusting rotting smell. Everything was dirty with dead bugs, cigarette ash, and mold by the sink and shower. Amenities like AC unit and shower racks were broken along with the mattress, being completely dirty and stained.

The room was filthy, filled with animal food, blood, tar, bugs and multiple broken items in the room. The stay was incredibly disgusting and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Pros:

Great location and nice staff.

Cons:

Floor was very dirty, top of shower curtain was covered in mold, the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and had stains on them, people slamming doors all night long, bed super uncomfortable.

Not my first choice if I had to come back to Richmond

Cons:

Dead cockroaches in the room we were given initially. We asked for a new room which was cleaner but the bathroom had barely been cleaned.

Staff very friendly, nice accommodation for the money. Friendly area in general.
Pros:

The property was nice and clean, many restaurants to go to after long road trip. Very comfortable room for the price, updated, great bed, clean.

Cons:

We will be staying at this motel again next road trip down south.
