Cute stay in Utrecht
Pros:

The response time to messages was very quick.
Initially I couldn't press the link to check-in so I wrote them a message. They messaged me back really quickly and everything was solved.
Clean room, great facilities, comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

It's a great location, BUT it is opposite the museum Speelklok that chimes till quite late. Also in the early morning the street cleaners can be heard. Ear plugs are provided in the room which I was really thankful for.
The staircase is quite steep and narrow. It was fine for me as I only had a small backpack and good knees. It's maybe not the best if you have difficulty with stairs in general. However, I embraced the building's quirks and chimes, all part of the old town experience.

I could have appreciated one bright light by the mirror in the bathroom.

Een prachtige locatie in het centrum van Utrecht.

Cons:

Op foto's van het hotel, waren faciliteiten te zien, die wij niet hebben kunnen ontdekken. Zoals een fitnessruimte .
