It looked pretty run down already and the noise from the church bells was loud.

Our tv didn’t have streaming services available, but while I was booking it was mentioned as one of the services, that was unfortunate. Also, the bathroom in our room was really small. One of the glasses wasn’t completely clean. But of course, you also pay for the location, so after all it wasn’t too bad. Also, be aware, the hotel is close to the church so you will hear the bells ringing through the night, it personally didn’t bother me, but it’s good to know. All and all, I’m content with our stay and recommend the hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was not clear enough about being receptionless on the booking.com website.
The stairs to the second floor were too narrow and unsafe. Without any staff available it was risky and challenging carrying suitcases up such a stairwell particularly for someone older and with physical issues. The details of the staircase should be made explicit on the booking.com website.
The AC was not working. It was unclear how the other device in the room operated.
The woman in the store downstairs was dismissive, wanting to shutdown the conversation about my feedback.
I would not recommend this hotel.

De mini bar was kapot er zat geen snoer met een stekker aan dus een koel drankje drinken op de kamer zat er niet in de badkamer was ienie mini klein je kon je kont er niet in kerenen rond om de airco lag veel stof .ik heb liever een hotel met fysiek personeel dan tewerken met digitale sleutels en incheck niks leek tewerken en heb 4× moeten bellen

gordijnen hingen los uit het plafond, blijkbaar had de vorige gast dit kapot gemaakt. Daardoor was de kamer in de nacht te licht. Dit gegeven werd mijn een half uur voor inchecken meegedeeld en ik kreeg geen alternatief aangeboden.

NO elevator, loud bell tower nearby goes off every 15 minutes including ALL NIGHT, room was not cleaned properly, unresponsive staff. (details below)

It is NOT accessible at all. The stairs are insanely step and there is no elevator. We came with large luggages for an event and we could barely make it up and down the stairs because it was so narrow and we were put on the top floor.

There is also a bell tower right nearby and it rings EVERY 15 MINUTES including ALL NIGHT. This of course is not something that they can change and even gave us ear plugs, but it was really difficult to sleep. At 7:55 in the morning, the bell tower rings continuously for about 5 minutes straight. This is every day.

The room was not properly cleaned. The glasses were dirty, the kettle still had leftover water in it and we even found BROKEN GLASS in one of the mugs. I also stepped on some broken glass and cut my foot. The iron was dirty and left brown stains on my white shirt.

When they say staffless hotel, they really mean it. I also wouldn't call this a hotel considering there is no concierge. I tried to contact them by messaging them through booking.com, but never got a reply. We only got a new iron and had the room cleaned by chance because someone was downstairs.

The bathroom door also doesn't really close and cannot be locked. There is a clear gap around the frame and you can see your travel companion, which isn't very nice. The safe also isn't bolted in and can be lifted out.

I personally don't like the staff-less concept.
To have to do everything by mob.phone is not my personal favorite.
