Ηταν δύσκολο με τις βαλίτσες να ανέβεις στο δωμάτιο !! Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας!!
Κ το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό

Bij het boeken van de kamer zag je een afbeelding van de kamer met uitzicht op de straat. Er werd ook vermeld dat er uitzicht was op een bezienswaardigheid. Wij kregen echter een kamer aan de achterzijde. We hadden daarentegen wel een klein buitenterras, echter keek deze op een gebouw wat in renovatie was en waar de volgende dag bouwvakkers rond 8 uur aan het werk gingen. Ondanks het dubbelglas was dit goed te horen. Als wij wisten dat er 's ochtends vroeg al werd geklust, hadden wij de kamer niet geboekt.

De wasbak in de badkamer zat niet goed vast. De kitrand was gescheurd.

Op de accommodatie is niets op of aan te merken. Maar het feit dat de gemeente Utrecht er voor kiest om de Dom elk kwartier een klokkenspel te laten spelen gedurende de hele nacht zorgt voor een slechte nachtrust!

Todo perfecto.

Zdecydowanie odradzam to miejsce dla podróży służbowych, jest głośno i dzwon w katedrze obok dzwoni dosłownie co chwilę.. niemniej nam to wcale nie przeszkadzało, po całych dniach chodzenia i wycieczkach - byliśmy tak zmęczeni, że padaliśmy dosłownie na łóżko.

Rats or mice in the room, behind the trapped door there were many poops. Which makes me wonder why not also fixing the furniture. All doors can't be closed and the extra stock of laundry is there piled up (towels and sheets)... If there are mice, then they can go in there too.

Window didn't close properly so the cold wind and noise was coming through. The curtain doesn't fully black out the room as well.

The Church is so loud and rings quite long even at night. Ear plugs are offered but if you can't sleep with these then you won't sleep.
Also not only outside is noisy. You can ear the corridor noises too. The toilet doesn't have the cover lid neither so it spreads germ and is louder than if the cover was there.

Dusty like the table for instance. The boiler still has old water in it and hasn't been cleaned anytime recently. Both made me wondered when was the room last cleaned. Thus I didn't touch the tap water not feeling confident for it.

Bathroom door can't be closed and many hairs were on the wall. What's wrong nowadays with hotels not caring if the bathroom door closes or not. If I was a new couple staying in the room, that would have made me very conscious.

The conditioner sample was already used! 1/3 left in it only...

Hotel ohne Personal, lediglich elektronischer Zugang. Das ist bei der Hotelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt worden. Hinweis kam erst nach Abbuchung.
Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung aufgeführt ist. Aussicht mit Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit ist nicht in Zimmer 3.2 gegeben, so wie beschrieben.
Alles sehr hellhörig. Ohrstöpsel liegen am Bett bereit, helfen jedoch nicht bei dem Krach der Straße. Sehr steile Treppe. Badtür schließt nicht. Ferneher defekt.

The key to property and room is digital and in your phone. It works great, but be careful to not let your phone die. I’m sure it is somehow solvable, but I wouldn’t want to bother the property staff late at night. So after the first night, we brought a power bank everything just to be safe. :D

It was difficult lifting case up the stairs, however, I realise that this couldn’t be helped as it’s an old building with traditional Dutch staircase

For tall people and more then 1 person it is quite small - even the hallways and everything.
