Pros:

Struttura in pieno centro di Utrecht.
Le nostre camere erano abbastanza spaziose, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort.
La responsabile è stata gentilissima e premurosa.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Edificio storico quindi scale parecchio ripide per accedere ai piani. Non è un punto a sfavore, ma è giusto saperlo prima di prenotare.

Loved Utrecht and especially the old town, but would choose a different hotel. It wasn’t for us.
Pros:

Good central location, nice sized room & comfy bed with nice crisp bedding

Cons:

This is a reception-less hotel, so there is no-one on hand to assist with any questions. I don’t think this was clear from the description. The stairs up to the rooms are very steep and getting luggage upstairs is tricky. Although the location is central on a beautiful street, it’s very noisy - especially the church bells!

confort du lit, esthétique, emplacement

Cons:

le système de fermeture de la fenêtre était défectueux, la porte de la salle de bain était cassée, chauffage trop faible, portes de placard défectueuses, pas de couvercle sur boitier de piles de la télécommande et la douche a fait un bruit très fort toute la nuit.

Дуже вузькі сходи до номера. З чемоданом не можна пройти. І немає ліфта
