Ne peut pas juger cet hôtel mais professionnalisme au top, situé à 20 minutes à pieds du Lagon.
Pros:

Le personnel nous a changé d’hôtel appartenant au même propriétaire en raison d’un dégât des eaux dans le Aljanna House. De ce fait, notre évaluation ne peut se faire tellement sur cet hôtel mais le personnel a pris en considération le souci et a su réajuster l’accueil des vacanciers ce que j’ai trouvé très professionnel. Il nous a également conduit en voiture jusqu’à l’hôtel qui était pas loin mais il ne nous a pas laissé nous débrouiller.

Cons:

Nous avons été logé dans une chambre d’hôtel avec deux lits de une place et demie, deux gabarits minces étaient un peu à l’étroit donc nous avons dû coller les deux lits. Le personnel pas tous aimables. Petit déjeuner inclu dans la prise en charge, nous l’avons eu le premier jours mais pas le deuxième (séjour de deux nuits)

Tout était très agréable. L'emplacement très correct (nous faisons tout à pieds et en bus)
L'accueil, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, les équipements....

Cons:

Le matelas du lit mériterait d'être plus ferme.

Un séjour absolument inoubliable… mais dans le sens où l’on mettra longtemps à s’en remettre !
Un grand merci au propriétaire, véritable champion de l’évitement, qui a su transformer chaque tentative d’échange en jeu de piste. Sa technique est bien rodée : envoyer un message (à votre arrivée) long comme un roman, puis vous rappeler, si vous osez poser une question, que « tout est écrit dedans ». Un concept innovant de communication à sens unique.
Le petit-déjeuner mérite aussi qu’on s’y attarde… ou pas, d’ailleurs, vu son minimalisme. On frôle l’expérience du jeûne !
Quant au linge de lit et de toilette, il semble raconter une histoire… malheureusement, pas celle de la propreté éclatante. Le blanc a pris quelques libertés avec sa définition, et certaines tâches ajoutent une touche… disons, personnelle.
En résumé, un lieu qui conviendra parfaitement aux amoureux de la désillusion... Une expérience qui mérite d’être vécue… mais qu'une seule fois !!

Petit hôtel très agréable et très propre
Pros:

Le gérant de l'hôtel est très efficace, présent et sympathique. La chambre confortable, très propre et bien équipée avec un petit frigo au top. Le petit déjeuner sous la tonnelle dans le jardinet agréable. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Duży, czysty, przestronny pokój z lodówką na wyposażeniu. Dodatkowo przed pokojem mieliśmy wyłącznie dla siebie przestronne patio
z fotelami, stołem i ławeczką gdzie wieczorem można było sobie posiedzieć i odpocząć. Właściciel biegle mówiący po angielsku co w Meksyku jest żadkością. Smaczne śniadania - tosty, jajecznica,, banan polany miodem i posypany orzechami kawka, herbata. Dobra lokalizacja blisko zarówno do laguny jak i do centrum.

Drugi raz bym na pewno nie wybrała tego miejsca ze względu na podejście właściciela.
Pros:

Hotel był czysty, pościel wymieniana codziennie, śniadania wystarczające, w pokoju lodówka.

Cons:

Niestety atmosfera nie była komfortowa. Zwiedziłam już wiele miejsc na świecie i to pierwsza moja negatywna informacja. Właściciel sprawiał wrażenie uprzejmego, ale momentami był ironiczny i restrykcyjny. Zasady dotyczące np. zabierania kawy do pokoju były niespójne. Nie czułam się swobodnie jako gość.
Dodatkowo telewizor był stary i uszkodzony (zepsuta matryca), a w trakcie pobytu zdarzały się przerwy w dostawie prądu. Wcześniejsze opinie o specyficznym podejściu właściciela są, moim zdaniem, trafne.
