Good hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location, in the middle of bars and restaurants, walking distance to little Italy, clean rooms.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean and quiet, except for street noises (maybe bring ear plugs) Room was well appointed and upgrades were evident.
Parking was underground and very secure.
Bed felt very firm but we slept well.

Cons:

No coffee or tea service anywhere.

Pros:

Small but very clean and quiet rooms. No breakfast offered. Hotel had few additional amenities. Underground parking was convenient but cost $40 a night.

Cons:

Breakfast would have been nice!

Spotless and conveniently located.
Pros:

The property was extremely clean and front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no coffee maker, microwave and it was a little noisy overnight from the outside - which is not your fault.

Really great experience, exceeding expectations actually. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Pros:

Location was great, and there’s always traffic in that area so the secured parking was well worth the extra cost just to have it. We needed to be in that area and there were just a few hotel options and I’m glad I picked the SW Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, Had mini fridge, iron, TV, everything you’d expect. Front desk is manned 24 hours with secured in and out door service. AC worked great too. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Cons:

No biggie, but no bring a cube for your USB plug in devices. Front desk had loaners though and there’s a Walgreens nearby for other convenience essentials you forget. Nothing negative to note, just a little FYI on what to expect or not expect.

Nice clean hotel in the heart of San Francisco
Pros:

The location is ideal walking distance to many San Francisco points of interest such as North Beach, Chinatown, and Fisherman’s Wharf.

Cons:

It was very noisy into the night with people frequenting bars and restaurants nearby.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt angrenzend an Chinatown und Little Italy. Außerdem sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal und sauber. Die Austattung war ebenfalls gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Leider konnte man nur schlecht lüften, eigentlich nur mit der Lüftung, da die Fenster sich nur zu einem sehr kleinen Spalt öffnen lassen.
