Mi experiencia en el SW Hotel fue muy satisfactoria. Destaco especialmente su ubicación estratégica, con acceso inmediato a múltiples puntos de interés, lo que facilita enormemente cualquier desplazamiento por la ciudad. El personal fue siempre cálido y atento, generando una sensación de confianza desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones permanecieron limpias, lo cual transmite orden y buen manejo operativo. En general, es un alojamiento muy cómodo, práctico y altamente recomendable para quienes buscan una estancia bien ubicada en San Francisco.

Cons:

En cuanto a oportunidades de mejora, el principal inconveniente fue que, justo al lado del hotel, hay un restaurante que enciende muy temprano su extractor de olores ubicado en la parte superior. Esto genera ruido constante en las habitaciones que colindan con esa zona y, adicionalmente, se perciben olores de comida dentro de la habitación. Considero que una mejor insonorización de las ventanas ayudaría a mitigar tanto el ruido como la filtración de olores, elevando significativamente la experiencia de descanso para los huéspedes.

Pros:

Good location, esp for China Town and North Beach. Easy to get around. Room was good size and very quiet

Cons:

Hotel was very quiet - apart from reception staff, I didn't see anyone else which felt a little isolating as a solo traveller. But the hotel itself was v good for the price

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación del hotel, estás cerca de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad.
El personal es realmente atento (sobre todo el chico que está en la mesa trabajando de 8-11).

Location was ok, room was not clean as the carpet had some dust and a wrapper and there was hair in the bathroom. No toothpaste at the reception.

The look of this whole hotel is very old, they haven't upgraded to card locks. There is a cupboard inside the room where one of the knob was broken

Too expensive for the quality of stay, wish it was cheaper. No breakfast
