Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in the historic old town. Room has good amenities and the breakfast was good too.

Cons:

I booked this room because of the bath tub, and bath tub had no plug, therefore it was unusable. Also coming back to the hotel in the night, I would appriciate being able to open the front door by my room key, so I would not have to wake up or disturb the staff to open the door in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v centre Košíc v blízkosti Dómu svätej Alžbety. Výhodou sú pekné, čisté a veľmi dobre vybavené izby. Hostia majú k dispozícii fén, telefón, televíziu so základnými slovenskými stanicami, chladničku a dostatok úložného priestoru. Hostia majú k dispozícii aj toaletné potreby (uteráky, kozmetiku, prípravok na čistenie topánok).
Páčil sa mi aj vkusne zariadený interiér hotela s výstavou zaujímavých sklenených zberateľských kúskov.
Personál, s ktorým sme prišli do kontaktu bol veľmi mily a ochotný, či už šlo o pracovníkov recepcie, kuchárov alebo upratovačku.
Raňajky formou bufetových stolov boli bohaté, určite by si každý prišiel na svoje.

Cons:

Jediné, co by som chcel zmeniť je veľmi hlučný ventilátor v kúpeľni.
