Zentrale Lage
Großzügiges Bad und Zimmer

Cons:

Klimatisierung unzureichend
Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit ( trotz " Klimaanlage"), so dass mitgebrachte Kleidung klamm wurde
Muffiger Kleiderschrank
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für das Frühstück passte überhaupt nicht (25 € für einen Kaffee, 1 Glas Orangensaft und ein Schälchen Müsli!!!)

Die schattige Terrasse.. die Lage . Mittendrin und ruhig..

Klimaanlage war kaputt.. weder Ventilator bekommen, noch wurde was repariert.. schade..
Parkgarage hat nicht 20.- pro Tag gekostet, sondern 45.- pro Tag!!!

De kamer was mooi en omdat deze in de basement is blijft t lekker koel

Cons:

Het contact moeizaam; dat er geen private parking is hoor je pas na inchecken en het contact verloopt moeizaam via de app. Ook al wordt er gezegd “if you need quiries of have questions” wordt er niet eens geantwoord als je zegt dat de tv niet werkt. De contact persoon van de accommodatie is dus niet echt klantvriendelijk. De jongen bij het ontbijt gelukkig wel.

I would not recommend this property
Pros:

The location, that is it.

Cons:

The room was dirty upon arrival. The floors had clearly not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom faucet was filthy. The most serious issue was that pieces of plaster continuously fell from the ceiling onto the mattress where my son was supposed to sleep, forcing him to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

I contacted a staff member about these issues but received no response. The following day, the only action taken was that someone had thrown a fitted sheet over the mattress, without addressing the underlying problem.

The property advertises on-site parking in a garage, but upon arrival we were informed that it was full. We were then directed to a nearby parking garage that cost substantially more than we had budgeted for. Had we been informed of this in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements.

Overall, the accommodation fell well below the standard advertised, and the lack of communication and failure to address basic cleanliness and safety concerns was extremely disappointing.

Posizione ottimale per visitare Lubiana!
Pros:

Camera grande ed accogliente, bagno di buone dimensioni, letti comodi e grandi, buona colazione, posizione ottimale per visitare Lubiana, parcheggio vicino e molto comodo.

Cons:

C'erano alcune luci bruciate nella camera (2), poca illuminazione in bagno (anche con tutte le luci efficienti)

La ubicación está muy bien. El desayuno bastante bien en el restaurante. Los camareros amables nos atendieron bien.

Cons:

Estuvimos 5 días y no nos hicieron la habitación. Tuvimos que pedir también que nos cambiaran las toallas y nos pusieran papel higiénico porque no entraron en todos los días ni a cambiar las toallas ni a reponer el papel higiénico ni el gel ni el champú . Hay que decir que todas las habitaciones se encuentran en un semisótano con mucha humedad, si bien había un deshumidificador.

Lovely Ljubljana
Pros:

Everything! Although a very small room, it was comfortable for a couple of nights.
Location was great amongst the Embassies and just a few minutes walk to the main square and all the action.
Ljubljana itself completely exceeded our expectations and we would definitely go back!

Cons:

The hot water in the shower only lasts a few minutes, so you have to turn it off while soaping yourself.
Although they offer free luggage storage, it is only in the hallway downstairs (unsupervised) where anybody could access it. We chose to pay and store our luggage elsewhere.
