Shit left on the toilet seat and half eaten cake in fridge. The entry code access system is not clear and there’s no where to leave bags.

No reception, we had an issue with the entry, front door was locked and no one to help immediately…, got annoyed as multiple guests were raising it. Also lightbulbs in the bathroom were broken.

Cons:

Uzgodniony, opłacony parking okazał się niedostępny podczas zameldowania, z powodu pozostawionego wewnątrz auta. Musieliśmy opłacić tymczasowo parking publiczny. Został zaproponowany tymczasowy parking zastępczy wewnątrz restauracji, która tego dnia była zamknięta, ale z tego powodu auto musiało być przepakowane dość późno (sam dopytywałem kilkukrotnie czy docelowy parking jest już dostępny - brak informacji od hosta i odpowiedź otrzymałem dopiero po 21 że miejsce zostało zwolnione). Z parkingu tymczasowego musiałem przeparkować auto więc późno wieczorem, lub z rana przed 8... Mimo tego musiała zostać opłacona pełna kwota parkingu.

Dodatkowo wieczorem przestał działać kod wejściowy. Problem występował również dla innych gości i nie mogliśmy wejść do mieszkania. Otrzymaliśmy informację o kluczu który powinien być w skrzynce, ta jednak była pusta. Do mieszkania dostaliśmy się tylko ponieważ wpuścili nas inni goście, którzy posiadali klucz (również nie działał ich kod).

Host wymagał tylko kontaktu wiadomościami (nie odbierał telefonu) i pomimo problemów nie odpisywał sprawnie. Dopiero po próbie dodzwonienia odpisywał, gdy my czekaliśmy przed mieszkaniem, lub dopytywaliśmy kilkukrotnie czy parking jest już dostępny.

Z pozostałych rzeczy: podczas kąpieli 3-ciej osoby skończyła się ciepła woda, z ceglanego sufitu sypał się pył, widoczny na łóżkach. Śniadanie przeciętne.

Perfect Base for Exploring Ljubljana
Pros:

Fantastic location — 5 minutes to the heart of Ljubljana and about 10 minutes to the castle and other sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. A great base for exploring the city. We’d definitely choose this place again.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer und Bad, Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Um ins Zimmer zu gelangen braucht man einen Code, der einem im Vorhinein zugeschickt wird. Dieser hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, den richtigen Code konnte uns dann erst der Kellner nennen.
Ab 22h ist die äußere Haustüre verschlossen. Diese sollte nach Information vom Hotel auch mittels Zimmer-Code geöffnet werden können, was ebenfalls nicht funktionierte.

Although I wrote to the host with some questions for the parking I didn’t get any answer. We couldn’t sleep the second night because of the mosquitoes.😩

Giornata molto particolare che arricchisce positivamente una vacanza a tappe
Pros:

Non adeguata agli standard internazionali: mancano i buffet di dolce/salato ma comunque soddisfacente .
La posizione della struttura è ottima: pochi metri dal centro.

Cons:

La mancanza di un parcheggio convenzionato o privato della struttura crea qualche problema soprattutto quando arrivi.
