Unique stand alone grand home turned hotel, right on the beach.
Pros:

We loved the stand alone big house right on the ocean. It was wonderful to just walk outside and be on the beach. We liked the unique vintage home with big living room . Probably not for everyone (the sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom) but we love a unique property. Note this is just one building in 5 or so more traditional motel style buildings.

Cons:

Need a hose out front to wash off the sand.

Loved it, would stay here again
Pros:

The location was perfect, the beach is right outside. There's a hose for rinsing off sand before going inside. We loved the lawn! Chairs, tables, and a grill right outside the room.

Cons:

The heat is very efficient, which is good for cold rainy days. Parking is tight.

It’s a nice place for the family
Pros:

Friendly staff, right next to the beach.. you can see the waves from your balcony. Clean room. Only draw back is the TV is older so you can’t watch any apps.

We got a great weekend so we decided to take a ride to the beach. We stayed at the Waves Gull property it was excellent. Service was very good and the location was great, steps from the beach. The balcony had a view of the ocean. The room had a small kitchenette with everything you could need. A fridge with separate freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, even a little stove with real dishes, glasses, cups, etcetera! It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, lots of room, a little table with chairs, dresser, flat screen TV and more. Would recommend. Pool was very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in OOB!

Cons:

Probably only thing I could complain about was bathroom was pretty tiny. You'll need to be able to climb a small flight of stairs if you stay on the second floor. Totally no problem for me and my wife. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, again not a problem at all for me and my wife, we actually enjoy that!
