We will not be staying here again.

Convenient to the boardwalk

Cons:

The room was never visited by room service. The sheets when we got there had makeup in it. There was no warm water and just to bring us toilet paper took hours. When complain was told management will be notified and call us I’m still waiting for a call.

Closeness to the boardwalk and beach.

Cons:

We had 4 people in the room with only 1 key. Was told the other either broke or disappeared. Run to Walmart and have another key made for $5. Come in from the beach to shower and never had hot water, wasn’t even like warm, it was freezing. Shouldn’t have to ask for towels, should get clean towels everyday. We are at the beach, people are going to shower everyday. Needs some updating and maintenance. There’s a bad spot at the top of the steps on the 3rd floor and there solution is covering with a sheet of plywood, really, fix it the right way. When getting to the room after checking in, there was no towels or toilet paper. Had to ask for both. We got the towels and the girl said she would have to bring the toilet paper. However, we went to the beach and when we came back from the beach had to ask for toilet paper again as the other girl never brought it to the room. She said she would but was leaving in 10 minutes.

Best Part was the Location. It is not on the broadwalk but a building behind with a partial view of the ocean from the common balcony.

Cons:

Old property and not well maintained. Makes you question how it qualifies as a "hotel". Torn carpets, dirty, blinds broken, door broken. Everything is sticky like it hasn't been replaced or cleaned in years specially the common areas and chairs. Had a family room that mentions kitchenette but only has a fridge, refrigerator and a tiny sink. Had two queen bed room-one queen bed was broken on one side! The door to the room was not aligned and made a lot of sound to open/close.

Dilapidated, staff didn’t seem too concerned when the lock on the door stopped working from the outside, could only lock the door from the inside.

a nice spacious and quiet room by the beach
Pros:

The proximity to the beach was nice and the overall size of the room was spacious. The building was quiet, so we were able to get some rest.
Andreus, the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions

Cons:

We weren't fans of carpet in the room

Very pleasant!!
Pros:

That is was oceanfront.

Cons:

That I had to be moved several times from Beach Walk.
Then we were moved to the Beach Walk on the ocean and it was very nice. Andrea made our stay worthwhile. Thanks Andrea! We will definitely come back.

Was ok but not as relaxing as we would have liked
Pros:

The fact that it was close to the beach

Cons:

Was noisy the doors all have hydraulic pressure door closers that were very loud doors slamming every time someone came in or out. Bed was uncomfortable and not great pillows. Had to ask for towels. The shower curtain was not installed properly so the curtain did not cover properly making the floor all wet. Not much area to put things in the bathroom. And there were no cups or creamer for the coffee maker so you couldn’t get a coffee had to walk or drive to get it. The only thing about it that was good was the price for the area and time we were there.
