Cold feeling , not in temperature . Checked-in alone , many instructions. No one there. Empty feeling,

Pros:

Boli sme tu na jednu noc ale keď bude príležitosť určite prídeme zas.
Prišli sme po 17:00 , bol nám do správy zaslaný podrobný popis aj s fotkami ako sa máme ubytovať ale stihli sme nakoniec recepčného. Recepčný bol veľmi milý, ochotný 🙂 Izba bola čistá, pre dvoch dostačujúca aj čo sa týka rozlohy + klimatizácia čo bolo super lebo bolo vonku horúco. Raňajky taktiež v poriadku, každý si nájde to svoje.
Za nás nemáme čo vytknúť 😉

Pri ďalšej návšteve Bratislavy sa radi opäť ubytujeme vo Vašom hoteli.

Raňajky nám chutili. Výber bol výborný. Personál milý, ústretový. Vyhovovala nám poloha hotela.

A great place to stay in Bratislava's downtown
Pros:

We stayed at this nice hotel for two nights. We found the room clean and comfy. We liked the hotel's vibe and friendliness and politeness of the staff.
We found the breakfast substantial and pleasant. We did not quite figure out how to properly use the coffee machines, but other than that everything was on point.
The location is perfect if you need to be in Bratislava's downtown or close to the main bus station. There's a supermarket nearby too.

Decent stay
Pros:

The hotel is very well-located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The communication with the property was top-notch at every single stage – before booking, prior to arrival, and throughout the entire stay. They were always responsive and helpful. The service during breakfast was wonderful. The staff members were very pleasant, polite, and welcoming, which made for a great start to the day.

Cons:

During my stay, Europe (including Slovakia and Bratislava) was hit by a severe heatwave. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room, or if there was, I couldn't find any instructions or a way to turn it on. Having clear guidance on how to cool the room down during such hot weather would be highly beneficial. The bed in my room (101) was quite small and, along with the mattress, only average in terms of comfort. A more comfortable sleeping setup would significantly upgrade the overall guest experience.
