Very good experience
Pros:

TheI had a good stay. Mr. Marco and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. They even helped me by keeping my luggage after check-out, and Mr. Marco made a delicious omelette.
The room had everything I needed: fridge, microwave, hair dryer, kettle, tea and coffee. The location is quiet, cozy, clean and only around 5 minutes walking from Coolhaven metro station.

Cons:

Just a few points as constructive feedback: the internet connection was a little weak for me, maybe because my room was at the end of the building.
The stairs have a beautiful old-style character, but they can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage as they are narrow.
It was my first experience with a shared bathroom. It was always clean and had everything needed, just a bit small, so you need to consider that.
Overall, it is a very good place for budget travelers, especially during the high season.

Amazing, if need to stay another night in Rotterdam definitely would book here again.

Near central station
We stayed here for one night and it was a short stay. Everything was amazing, the only thing that was not an issue for us and we noticed was, in our room there was a fan, if you are traveling during hot days and sensitive to the heat then the fan would not be enough.

Boa localização com excelente atendimentos.
Pros:

O atendimento do Sr. Marco foi muito bom. Localização tranquila e próxima do tram e de comércio. Café da manhã bom, com omelete feita na hora.

Pros:

Sehr gut. Gemütlich, ruhig, leckeres Frühstück. U Bahn schnell zu erreichen.
Jazz Club um die Ecke.

Cons:

Wir hatten ganz oben ein Zimmer. Für alte Leute sehr anstrengende Treppe. Die
Koffer hat das Personal tragen müssen.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely Marco was a great host. With a simple but lovely inclusive breakfast.

Cons:

The only minus was the stairs which you need to bear in mind if less able as very steep. Kept us fit though lol 😆
