ELEVATORS SPORADICALLY WORKING WHICH LEFT US STRANDED A FEW TIMES. TV channels a mess. NO LOCAL NEWS… which is always helpful for weather

Cons:

Our second night there, we found a LIVE bed bug in our bed.Immediately grabbed it up and took it to the front desk and showed them, and they agreed it was a bed bug, then we called booking.com and the assured us they would make it right. and then the next day they argued the fact that we even brought it in and refused to give us a refund... ! even have pictures!!!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good!

Cons:

One elevator was broken and the other elevator was sketchy and did not work right. The AC unit kept kicking on/off during the stay and it was frustrating to have to turn it back on. The faucet in the bathroom leaked and they dont have wifi set up on their TV.

Good hotel overall, staff was friendly!
