Staff eager to help out carrying baggage since elevator went out.

Not clean ,elevators were not working at all, so many things need fixed,very poorly run.would never stay there again
I don't recommend this hotel
Our second night there, we found a LIVE bed bug in our bed.Immediately grabbed it up and took it to the front desk and showed them, and they agreed it was a bed bug, then we called booking.com and the assured us they would make it right. and then the next day they argued the fact that we even brought it in and refused to give us a refund... ! even have pictures!!!
The room was good and comfy and breakfast was good
There was some spots in the room that weren't clean there was stains on the curtain and the shower didn't fully work

One elevator was broken and the other elevator was sketchy and did not work right. The AC unit kept kicking on/off during the stay and it was frustrating to have to turn it back on. The faucet in the bathroom leaked and they dont have wifi set up on their TV.

Breakfast was okay, they ran out of coffee multiple times and ran out of Breakfast by 8a.m.
Bed and room were good, clean and acceptable. It was quiet.

The air conditioner didn’t work well it would get really cold when on and get really hot before it would kick Bach on. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom really had a bad smell. The beds were good.
