The location, the rooms, the bathrooms, the shower...all of it!

Cons:

The bedrooms got a little hot and had no fans...all of the air-conditioning seemed to go into the living room and kitchen area. But it was still very comfortable and great.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The layout was great, with a bedroom that included a bathroom on either side of the kitchen/common area. The view of the ocean was fantastic. Communication with staff was good.

Read this review if you don't know where to stay in Hollywood for a beach stay. This is an absolute wonderful place to stay in Hollywood beach. Directly on the ocean. Nice quality beach chairs for use right at the property and plenty of them.

The key thing we learned about this place is that it is walkable to the Broadwalk area for tons of food, shopping and live music we found on the weekend.

The parking was next to the building. We rented a car but did not need to. It's about a 10 minute walk to the first area for food and shopping and about 30 minutes for the heart of the area.Definitely did not mind the walk because this place is in the quieter part of the beach and the heart of the beach a little ways away is busy and crowded beach..more of the public area that's good for people watching but not for staying.

Very quiet beach at this hotel. Maybe a dozen couples out in front of the hotel so not crowded at all. Early April, 80 degrees and clear all weekend.

The outside common area of the property is fantastic. You can tell they spent a ton of money on the exterior due to the quality of the tile work and railings around the courtyard.

Neighbors were quiet and friendly.

We will be coming back here again for sure.

If you want a great place to stay with a great beach and close to amenities, stay here.

Downfalls- the TV's are a little older but had great cable service with tons to watch at night. The smart TV in the bdrm couldn't cast to maybe bad batteries?

We enjoyed our stay and the location. The cleanliness could have been better in the room.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Right on the beach. Close to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Nice to have a kitchen area. Quiet location. Grocery store was about .8 miles away, very convenient. Only about 15/20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Liked the setup of the room.

Cons:

Bathroom shower was dirty. Sheets did not look like they had been changed. Bed was set but pillow case had makeup stain and felt like sand in the bed. We asked for sheets the next day since it was late at night and I don’t think the person who cleans the hotel worked at night. Kitchen could have had a few more plates/bowls and an ice tray. No ice was available in the room. Place has lounge chairs you could use on the beach, but only about 6 to 8 so they were in use most of the time. It would be nice if the place had beach chairs available to use or rent for the week.
