Great location
The staff is really courteous and they allowed me to preview my room since it was my first hotel visit in El Salvador. In addition, the parking attendant was very friendly and provided great restaurant suggestions and was able to provide directions for additional inquiries. The facility is very clean and welcoming.
The building is classified as a historical building but I was a little uncomfortable that the door did not have a bigger lock and they used a physical key. It was a unique experience but I was more worried about losing the key.
Reception. Alicia it's a great asset for the hotel.
Not the Location I had expected.
Everything is close, but too close.
friendly staff, quite good location to the catedral (5-ish mins walk), adequate breakfast. Felt expensive compared to other places we stayed in Central America but we found it hard to find many options that suited in Santa Ana.
weirdly, just before we checked out (like literally 15mins) the entire hotel was fumagated. We were not told this was happening and saw 'smoke' coming in under out bedroom door. We opened to door to a FULLY smoky corridoor, like couldn't see further than 2meters. We were never told this was happening, all the other rooms we then passed (we HAD to check out to get to our transfer so had to walk through this cloud of chemicals) we noticed all other rooms had had a towel put at the base of their bedroom door, for some reason we were not afforded the same consideration, not were we told it was happening - quite frightening to see the smoke with no information. My partner also has asthma so this was a big concern for him! Communication is KEY with things like this, for all we knew the hotel was burning down ... the smell was horrific and genuinely we were coughing for an hour or 2 after this happened. Not cool ...

Location could have been on a busier street.
The hotel was nice walking distance to the cathedral, clean, and had hot water. This is s Pueblo in El Salvador so keep that in mind.
La atención por parte del personal es excelente 👌 siempre están pendientes de las necesidades de las huéspedes, cuentan con una terraza muy bonita con vista hacia la cuidad. Es segunda vez que los visito y no dudaría en volver de nuevo!
I didn’t get the room I booked! Beware!
I booked here because it said balconies with a city view. Nothing of the sort, just a window that was covered as it looks at an internal wall.
I asked to be moved and they just kept saying it’s a historic building and not all rooms have them!
Their offer was to refund me. So I found somewhere else. The room I was offered was far more rough and ready than I’d expected from the pics as well, so I moved.
Close to walk to cathedral
The toilet was dirty when they gave me the room and also there was a big roach in the room.

Comme l'hôtel est dans la ville, c'était toujours très bruyant tôt le matin et jusqu'à 18h00. Heureusement, il n'y a pas de bruit la nuit.
