Malo no, malísimo. No lo recomiendo

Cons:

La atención en recepción muy mala. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones con cama matrimonial y le dije que la reserva era una matrimonial y una con 2 camas. De mala gana nos cambió en el momento. No nos acompañaron a las habitaciones.
Ni ofrecieron ayuda con el equipaje y había q subir por escaleras.
Al llegar arriba, una de las tarjetas no abría la puerta, por lo que tuvieron que bajar a que lo solucionaran. Los de la otra habitación entramos pero no había luz. También tuvimos que bajar las escaleras para avisar eso. La chica de recepción muy suelta de cuerpo dijo " Es la llave general de la habitación que está apagada" y mandó a un muchacho mal vestido y con bastante desgano que subió conmigo y levantó la llave.
El cuarto no tiene aislamiento de luz exterior. Una cortina que deja pasar la luz y no cubre todo,por lo que no se puede dormir bien. Y tampoco hay cortina translúcida que permita tener luz natural sin que de afuera nos vieran. El baño tiene humedades.
No ponen toalla alfombra para la ducha.
No hay toallero para las toallas de mano.
No hay papelera en la habitación.
No hay toma para enchufar los celulares en las mesas de noche.
Antes de ir a la habitación pregunté en recepción si llamábamos con el 0 o el 9 y me dijo que no había teléfono en las habitaciones y ni siquiera me dió un número de teléfono móvil para comunicarnos con recepción.
Ni si quiera nos entregaron una tarjeta con el WiFi y contraseña y tampoco había esa información en la habitación. No tienen cartel de " No molestar" y "Hacer la habitación ".
Si uno quiere desayunar tiene que avisar la noche anterior.
Demasiadas cosas importantes a mejorar .Sobre todo no atienden a los huéspedes. Debieron al menos acompañarnos a las habitaciones y ellos controlar las llaves, la electricidad y bajar ellos a solucionar lo que estaba mal.
No lo recomiendo. Malísimo.

Deben mejorar la limpieza en todos lados

No tenía luz de techo en el cuarto
No había jarra eléctrica ni micro, nada de nada.
No tenía basura, solo en el baño
Las piscinas estaban verdes de moho, muy sucio y perjudicial para la salud, no pudimos entrar. No disfrutamos las instalaciones

Excelente lugar, cómodo y buenas piscinas
