Bad Experience

it was clean overall and a good enough location

Cons:

the matress was rock hard. and the air-conditioning stopped working at 1am. left a massive pool of water in the floor, almost slipped and had a fall when I went to the toilet. thats how I noticed the floor wet. i showed it to the the cleaner lady in the morning, she then stands on a chair and removes the filter from the aircon. it was completely dirty and blocked, I spoke to the manager in the morning as I was checking out to inform her if what occurred, just so they can rectify the issue before the next guests arrive, she tried to tell me that I should have informed them at 1am and they would move my room. when im half asleep they expect you to pack your bags and move when instead they should maintain their equipment on a regular basis.

Flotte fælles arealer. Stort værelse

Cons:

Ekstrem dårlig seng der føles som at ligge på gulvet.
Poolen lå langt væk fra hotellet. Fandt aldrig en indendørs pool
