- Tidy footprint of the room
- accessible location
- got another room on the quiet side of the building after asking for it
- warm shower

Cons:

- barely any & at that misplaced electric sockets
- no water cooker
- no furniture whatsoever. Although the mini fridge makes for an interim eating table
- incredibly noisy hallway, badly sealing doors
- "Do not speak " sign at the door (although necessary with this sound-not-insulation)
- black mold in the bathroom silicone and walls, even though the hotel is rather newly built
Terrible noise and racket from the motorway outside the hotel on one side of the building
- caustic, aggressive smog from the motorway exhaust
-A/C not maintained or cleaned - settings don't take and the ventilated air caused bad eye reactions and hayfever
- A/C inescapably blowing down into bed. Had to switch off at night and accept overheating.
