Nice place to stay in Kathmandu
Pros:

Very nice hotel, in a central place but not direct at the street, so it was very calm. It has a nice garden and lovely people which run the place. The room was nice and clean. I will come again.

Hotel jest bardzo fajny, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wszędzie dojdzie się na piechotę. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomaga zorganizować zwiedzanie.

La habitación era muy grande y tranquila porque el hotel está situado en una calle sin tráfico en el corazón de Thamel. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es correcto y variado. Hay recepción 24 h. Llegué muy tarde por culpa de mi vuelo, pero había personal para atenderme. Ofrecen recogida gratis del aeropuerto. Como yo llegué de madrugada y no recogen tan tarde, me la cambiaron por transporte de regreso al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento en la habitación. El WiFi era inestable en mi habitación. Se desconectaba a menudo. Hice una excursión con el hotel pero me pareció un poco cara.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super zentral in Thamel, ideal, um Kathmandu zu erkunden. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Speisen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Pros:

First and foremost thing on hospitality is that everyone should be polite and we'll disciplined. Here I found amazing staff with disciplined manners and very politeness towards guests especially for old aged and small kids but I was here with my old mother.
Second thing (every food was awesome fresh and hygienic.
Thirdly location was too good and quiet.
Everything was very good and I love to recommend my people's to come here if they are in Kathmandu

My experience with this hotel was terrible. After booking, I was informed that they did not have a room for four people, even though my booking had been accepted. Furthermore, I did not receive a satisfactory response to my emails.
