Останавливалась в вашем отеле 7:10-8:10.2025.Персонал отеля очень внимательный, доброжелательный и профессиональный. Особенно ребята на респепшн , которые с готовностью помогали решить любой вопрос. Огромная благодарность им!Номер чистый,все необходимое есть. Спасибо девушке из прачечной, которая помогла мне с глажкой .Отдельное спасибо руководству отеля,что нет ковролана, как во многих других гостиницах,пол чистый и в номере свежо, нет пыли, что очень важно для аллергиков.Просто изумительный хоним подали на завтрак. Большое спасибо повару, Тончайшее тесто и очень вкусная начинка, только ради этого уже можно еще раз приехать в ваш отель! Однозначно рекомендую отель Тантана в Фергане. Молодцы!

Просто пожелание- было бы хорошо, если бы у вас был кофе из кофемашины, хотя бы на платной основе.

Pros:

Location - close to the airport. Comfy bed. Just for one night it's ok.

Cons:

The heating of the floor was too much, barely could stay longer on your feet, even through shoes it was too hot.. Not possible to control. While in another room the floor was cold. Unstable water pressure and hot/cold water balance.. No coffee machine in the breakfast area.

Pros:

Завтрак ничего особенного, но можно было попросить что то сделать на завтрак индивидуально. Например мы просили куриный супчик и нам делали)

Услуги прачечной: Мне постирали дорогую рубашку в слишком теплой воде и она на один размер стала меньше(

值得选择的一家酒店。
Pros:

酒店位置还挺不错的，距离机场蛮近的，citywalk也挺方便的；设施中规中矩吧，就是酒店应该有的样子；早饭选择也不少，很多中亚特色的食物，就是不知道叫什么，能注明一下更好；员工比较和善，有一位先生英文沟通比较顺畅，出去玩还帮忙联系包车事宜。

Cons:

房间没有小冰箱，无法买想喝的啤酒饮料什么的，常温的怎么能有冰镇的好喝？另外，房间也没有全身镜，只有卫生间有一面半身镜，有点不方便哎。淋浴OK，但是等水热起来估计要3-5分钟，所以要有耐心。

Promised a lot, delivered a little
Pros:

Reasonably clean and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The shower kept oscillating between cold and very hot, and the water pressure was low.
When we went to breakfast at 9.30 (breakfast is till 10am) the buffet was almost empty. We went to the reception and asked , and then they prepared fresh cheese pancakes for us which were delicious.
The AC made so much noise that it was impossible to keep it on during night.
The photos attached to the Deluxe Double room type are from two different rooms. We were expecting to have a nice spacious room, instead it was just regular. Not too bad, but nothing like the pictures.

Pros:

The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches like bedside lamps, plugs near the bed, and coffee and tea in the room that made our stay even more enjoyable. The modern bathroom was a highlight as well. We especially loved having a large window in our room, offering plenty of natural light. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The hotel is situated on a street that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll. While it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, the entire walk was pleasant and scenic.
