Cons:

I had a confirmed reservation and arrived late at night, exhausted after travel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to let me check in because I was traveling with my partner and they demanded a marriage certificate.

This requirement was never mentioned during booking, not stated in the hotel rules, and was communicated only after I arrived at the property. As a result, I was left sitting in the lobby for 30–40 minutes late at night, under stress, urgently trying to find another hotel.

Regardless of local customs or internal policies, such rules must be clearly disclosed before accepting reservations, especially for international guests. Denying accommodation at night based on an undisclosed condition is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those arriving late or traveling as a couple.

Если бы не плохо работающий душ - все было бы отлично.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, номер чистый. Окна во двор, было тихо.

Cons:

Самая главная претензия - плохо работающий душ. За день не починили, хотя пообещали. Очень испортили этим отличное впечатление.

Нам было очень комфортно во всех отношениях. Особенно мне понравилось наличие внутреннего дворика с топчаном, было приятно побыть в тишине и на свежем воздухе. Большая благодарность за завтраки - на любой вкус и аппетит. Свежие и вкусные фрукты и ягоды, горячие блюда, выпечка. Спасибо вежливому и отзывчивому персоналу.

Всё прекрасно! Соотношение цена/качество/ расположение на высшем уровне.
Для деловых поездок прекрасный отель.
СПА , массаж перед сном - просто прекрасно снимает усталость перелётов и работы.

Cons:

Забыли положить полотенца в номер .
Но быстро исправилась.
