Good selection for breakfast, spacious room, good amenities. We had a really nice stay!

Cons:

Comforters did not have a cover on the first night and some stains were visible, when we got back to our room on the second night, the comforters had covers.

One bedroom suite er foretrekkende
Pros:

Vi hadde liten familie ferie i Tashkent, så reserverte One bedroom suite til foreldre og triple room til oss unge. Her var det stor forskjell mellom to rommet. Har bare gode tilbakemeldinger om suite og ikke fine om triple rom. Gjelder både renhet og fasiliteter.
Men ellers reception folk var kjempe hyggelige og hjelpsomme, takker veldig :)
Lokasjonen er bare bra! Nær til det meste som trenges.
Sauna og massasje var grei, dame som utførte massasje var flink til jobben sin, men ikke hyggelig utførelse, snakket litt for tøft mot mennesker.

Cons:

Frokost er ikke så verst, men folk som jobber der brydde seg ikke å fylle på igjen når det var tomt, måtte be om å fylle på vann til kaffemaskin flere ganger. Klokkeslett var rundt 8:30-9, så det ikke så sent heller…
Renhet hos triple room var ikke bra, masse støy under seng, skitne gardiner som var ekkelt å røre, men måtte allikevel for å åpne vinduet.
Generelt alt er greit, men en del som kunne forbedres. Vil komme tilbake en dag :)

Great location and comfy beds, but be prepared to fight for basic maintenance and paperwork
Pros:

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Alpha Plaza. While the hardware of the hotel is decent, the service and maintenance left a lot to be desired.

The Good:
• Location: Excellent and very convenient to the city center.
• Room Comfort: The bed was comfortable, and the room felt quiet and peaceful.
• Cleanliness: The facilities are relatively new and kept quite clean.
• Initial Impression: The staff are generally friendly when you first interact with them.

Cons:

• Shower Issues: This was a major disappointment. The shower water was barely lukewarm, especially compared to the hot water at the basin. It did not meet any reasonable expectations for a decent hotel. Furthermore, the shower floor drain was clogged, leading to significant water accumulation after every use.
• Housekeeping: Small details were overlooked, such as the shampoo and shower gel not being refilled during our stay.
• Breakfast: The buffet was very basic and unimpressive. For a hotel of this caliber, you’d expect better variety—it didn’t even have standard items like Murrabo jam.
The Service Gap:
While the staff are "friendly," they are unfortunately not attentive or helpful. We reported the cold shower issue, and they promised to fix it, but absolutely nothing was done.
The most frustrating part was the bureaucracy regarding our registration and invoice. After claiming a "government technical error" prevented our registration, they were reluctant to provide a hard-copy invoice, telling us to just "take a photo of the screen." My wife insisted on a printout, and they told us they will pass it to us next morning. I eventually had to stand at the front desk and insist on it myself, at which point it was printed in 15 minutes. It felt like they were simply procrastinating and trying to "fool us around" rather than actually assisting.
