The location, though i did not get the room as per my request, still am giving them good review as the frontdesk guy (the one with bit long hair) was helpful in providing what we need.
On our first and second day water were not provided in the room and on the second day we requested the room to be cleaned (press the make the room light) but when we came back in the evening nothing happened, whatever the room looks like when we left it was the same when we came back, beeakfast is so..so… can be inproved apecially the coffee machine w/c dispense only two types (americano and espresso)

Хорошее место расположения, в центре города. Близко от метро. Комната большая и удобная.
В комнате плохая звукоизоляция. Слышен постоянный шум воды. Кондиционер тоже очень шумит.
Ресторан для завтрака тоже шумный и мало проветриваемый.

They dont clean the room even after days , room services is bad , you have to keep telling them to do something so they will do it eventually

Stanza grande ma sporca. Materasso sporco. Giunti la sera eravamo in una quadrupla e non avevam le salviette per lavarci. In bagno c era una salvietta gia usata sotto al lavandino. C è stato detto che le avremmo ricevute in 10 minuti. Non sono mai arrivate. Ritirate la mattina seguente dopo colazione. Reception poco presente.
Останавливались второй раз и почему-то все оказалось хуже первого. Но плюсы на месте - расположение удачное, центр в пешей доступности, рядом фудмолл, кафе, магазины и аптеки. Конкурентная цена и есть семейные номера. Неплохой завтрак.
Жили в двухспальном люксе и в одной из спален не работал кондиционер. И это летом в жару! За три дня, несмотря на неоднократно озвученные просьбы, ничего не сделали. Только обещали, что вот-вот придет мастер. Не работал сейф, не работал пульт от телевизора. На все просьбы только обещали что вот-вот сделают. В итоге сам с трудом заменил пульт, попросив из свободного номера. А сейф и кондиционер так никто и не сделал. Ситуация с кондиционером недопустимая, это лето с 40 градусной жарой и пользоваться спальней невозможно!
Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a good location. Great value for money.
