El personal muy amable y la habitación muy grande y cómoda.

Cons:

No hay ascensor y unas escaleras horribles, empinadas y largas. El acceso desde la carretera es peligroso, tienen q poner una plancha . El baño limpio.

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Все в пешей доступности. Рядом есть и где покушать, и продукты купить, кому как удобнее. Номер с высокими потолками, удобные матрасы, есть чайник, вода, чай. В номере есть холодильник, шкаф, фен и туалетные принадлежности.

Cons:

Смеситель в душе сложно настраивается. Сначала льется очень горячая вода - регулировка совсем не помогает. Спустя минуты 3 более или менее чтобы помыться. Но если захотите задержаться в душе, будете как сапер искать то самое положение ручки крана, чтобы вода была комфортной температуры. В общем видимо нужны настройки редуктора на бойлере

Восточная сказка.
Pros:

Расположение отеля. Пафосная обстановка.

Cons:

Отель симпатичный, но номер в котором мы жили не продуман абсолютно. Розетки установлены неудобно. Холодильник неплохой, но стоит в углу и из-за этого пользоваться им очень затруднительно. За зеркалом в комнате не следят, т.к. свет над зеркалом включать неудобно, но если всё таки включить, то видно неубранную пыль. Воду ставить забывают. Шторы в номере красивые, а за окном свалка. Одно окно сломано и не открывается. Персонал об этом знает, но ничего не предпринимается для починки. Отель не соответствует заявленной ценовой политике.

Все хорошо, но …
Pros:

Чистые уютные номера , новый ремонт, хорошие матрасы

Cons:

Запах пластика в номере, возможно от штор. Завтраки однообразные , каждый день одно и тоже, выбор маленький . Окна выходят на дорогу, шумно, сеток от Комаров нет .

Good rooms, let down by staff
Pros:

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and big enough for a family of three (couple and a small kid).
The location was alright, 5-7 mins drive from Registan Square and University Boulevard.

Cons:

The staff weren't particularly the best. On the first day, the cleaners didn't clean or replace the mugs we had used to make tea. On the second day, they charged over the odds for ironing one pair of clothes when I really couldn't find the standard rates written anywhere.
They do not have a lift, neither do they have any assistance to carry the luggage. You have to do it all on your own. When we asked them to help, they said that they do not have any right to touch our luggage. So basically if your room is situated on the second floor, you have to carry your own luggage two flights of stairs all on your own.
Not to forget we had a 1 year old with us.

Pros:

The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable..
Breakfast wasn't bad.

Cons:

They don't take Credit Cards. Only Cash. Again only Cash.
I don't believe it's my responsibility to wonder endlessly to find an ATM that spits out that amount of Cash. The hotel is far enough away from the major sites, that I say just find another.

Pros:

Огромный номер, красивый интерьер.

Cons:

Расположение оказалось весьма далеким от главных туристических мест. Окна выходили на широкий проспект и в номере было довольно шумно. Плохо работал интернет из-за чего не смоги оплатить проживание картой. Имейте запас наличных на такой случай. Скудный завтрак. Удивительное отсутствие фруктов. И это в разгор сезона в Узбекистане.

Tesisin konumu güzel, odalar büyük ve yüksek tavanlı. temizlik iyi, yataklar rahat, personel çok ilgili
