Чистые уютные номера , новый ремонт, хорошие матрасы
Запах пластика в номере, возможно от штор. Завтраки однообразные , каждый день одно и тоже, выбор маленький . Окна выходят на дорогу, шумно, сеток от Комаров нет .
The hotel was nice, the room was clean and big enough for a family of three (couple and a small kid).
The location was alright, 5-7 mins drive from Registan Square and University Boulevard.
The staff weren't particularly the best. On the first day, the cleaners didn't clean or replace the mugs we had used to make tea. On the second day, they charged over the odds for ironing one pair of clothes when I really couldn't find the standard rates written anywhere.
They do not have a lift, neither do they have any assistance to carry the luggage. You have to do it all on your own. When we asked them to help, they said that they do not have any right to touch our luggage. So basically if your room is situated on the second floor, you have to carry your own luggage two flights of stairs all on your own.
Not to forget we had a 1 year old with us.
The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable..
Breakfast wasn't bad.
They don't take Credit Cards. Only Cash. Again only Cash.
I don't believe it's my responsibility to wonder endlessly to find an ATM that spits out that amount of Cash. The hotel is far enough away from the major sites, that I say just find another.

Расположение оказалось весьма далеким от главных туристических мест. Окна выходили на широкий проспект и в номере было довольно шумно. Плохо работал интернет из-за чего не смоги оплатить проживание картой. Имейте запас наличных на такой случай. Скудный завтрак. Удивительное отсутствие фруктов. И это в разгор сезона в Узбекистане.

asansör yok, kahvaltı çok kötü, ve ana yola baktığı için odalarda sürekli bir korna ve araba sesi var.

Very nice hotel with very hospital staff
Will stay next time
A very cozy and stylish hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Even slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush with toothpaste (a rare find!).
Natalia and Mehrangiz at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help, give tips, and offer recommendations 24/7.
The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The only minor downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection, but as I understood, this seems to be a general issue in the city, not specific to the hotel. Even my eSIM rarely had more than 3G coverage while in town.

The reception staff Natali was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond by providing us with valuable local information, arranging an early check-out, and even organizing an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was good, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!
The receptionist speaks very good English. Always smile and upgrade my room. I really appreciate that.
The stairs are too high, and there is no male staff can help my luggages.

As per my booking by booking.com I can make early check-in from 10 am but when I contact hotel they was asking me 20 $ extra for early check-in. On another hand they was asking me how I get low price but our hotel price is higher than the price in booking.com
Because of this I have to book another hotel at the last minute
I will never suggest anyone to book such an unprofessional hotel ever!!
