Pros:

Camera pulitissima, possibilità di prenotare piscina e spa private per un’ora, personale che parla inglese, bagagli portati direttamente in camera dal personale, gentilezza. Nota extra: ha organizzato la colazione senza glutine per me celiaca

Cons:

Forse un po’ scomodo il dover necessariamente passare all’esterno per tornare dalla piscina/spa alla camera (ad ottobre faceva freschino)

Изначально был забронирован улучшенный люкс, но он не соответствовал фото на букинге и вместо 2х комнат имел только одну, а мы очень не хотели спать со взрослым сыном в одной комнате. Прекрасная девушка на ресепшене решила наш вопрос очень быстро и без дополнительных затрат. Нам предоставили президентский номер с джакузи для двоих, быстро подняли наши вещи в номер на 4 этаже и организовали сыну спальное место в гостиной.
Нам в отеле понравилось очень. В сауну ходили 2 раза, турецкая не работала, но моих мужчин устроила обычная парная. Вообще персонал очень отзывчивый, завтрак обильный и вкусный, номер прекрасный, расположение центровое, такси дешевое. Буду советовать знакомым которые полетят.

Great option for your stay in Samarkand
Pros:

Location is great - 15 minutes walk to Registan, but you live right near locals. Clean rooms equipped with everything needed. There is sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, you need to preorder it, 1 hour per day is included

Cons:

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, proche du Registan, accessible à pied et en voiture. Literie confortable. Chambre agréable. L'architecture de l'hôtel est sympathique.

Cons:

Il y a eu plusieurs coupures de courant pendant notre séjour nous empêchant de profiter pleinement du spa (jacuzzi froid, hammam hors service, sauna fonctionnel un jour seulement). Il nous fallait traverser la cour extérieure de l'hôtel pour rejoindre le spa. Aussi, on a eu des problèmes pour entrer facilement dans notre chambre car la porte se bloquait régulièrement. La salle de petit déjeuner en sous-sol est peu agréable.
