Pros:

L amabilité du gérant, très attentif à nos demandes, il nous a donné beaucoup des conseils et indications.
Nous avons eu une belle chambre avec très belle vue sur le minaret la nulero 27, le balcon de la chambre était un plus, agréable pour prendre un thé après une longue journée de promenade.
Petit déjeuner ouzbeck varié et copieux.
Résidence familiale transformé en petit hôtel de 7 chambres, au calme et très proche de tous les monuments à visiter.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Holzboden und einem Balkon. Aber das beste sind die Mitarbeiter, häusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Tutto è stato SUPER. La pulizia, la disponibilità del personale, la colazione, la vicinanza con i monumenti più importanti, la camera confortevole. Ho usufruito dei servizi offerti da host... Il transfert dall'aeroporto. Il tour nel deserto per visita fortezze. Il transfert da Khiva a Bukhara. Tutti hanno superato le mie aspettative. Driver molto puntuale e guida impeccabile. SUPER.

A must-stay in Khiva!
Pros:

Siyovush is a family-run business that excels at hospitality. They were so friendly and attentive, all while maintaining a spotless property and rooms! My bed was very cozy. I also think they had one of the best breakfasts in Uzbekistan (and I have stayed at tons of hotels here). Highly recommend!

Soggiorno delizioso in una classica casa uzbeka
Pros:

È una deliziosa casa uzbeka con pavimenti e scale tutte di legno, decori deliziosi, uno staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Si lasciano le scarpe all’ingresso, in camera ci sono te e caffè a disposizione e nell’atrio un boccione per riempire le bottigliette di acqua. La colazione poi è principesca!

Piękne, klimatyczne miejsce w obrębie starej części Chiwy. Przestronne, bogato zdobione, czyste pokoje, dobrze wyposażone. Smaczne, obfite śniadania. Rodzinny, ciepły hotel prowadzony przez młodego mężczyznę, swobodnie mówiącego po angielsku, bardzo ciekawie opowiadającego o panujących obyczajach i relacjach rodzinnych. Dla turystów przygotowane są ważne informacje i mapa ułatwiająca zwiedzanie okolicy.

Excellent location. Friendly owner and excellent breakfast
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The hotel is so well located and owner made every effort to make us comfortable. Excellent sumptuous breakfast!

Cons:

The bathroom might need some upgrading but it was absolutely fine and functional.

Within the old city so walking distance to everything.

Great stay, in the heart of Khiva
Pros:

Top location, inside Itchan Kala, you can visit all by step. The property offers you an authentic experience, the house is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was great and the owner is a nice person.

Cons:

There is nothing I didnt liked, it was a great stay. Maybe too short :(
