Khiva Siyovush Hotel

イチャン・カラの中にあり便利。
大きなドアを開けてホテルに入るところにワクワクする。
1階には経営者のファミリーが住んでいて、2階にゲストが滞在するスタイル。
靴を脱いでホテルに入るので、特に日本人はリラックスしやすいのでは？
まるでホームステイをしている様な気分で滞在できるのが面白い！
ただ、小さな子供もいるので、もし子供がいることが気になる人は避けた方が無難かも。（夜は静かだった）
ランドリーサービスがあり、1キロ3ドル。とても綺麗に洗ってくれて、同じく綺麗に畳まれて帰ってきた。

部屋は十分に広く、テラスも付いている。インテリアも可愛らしい。
ツヤツヤしたフローリングや絨毯が気持ちいい。（使い捨てのスリッパも用意がある）
また綺麗なバスタブがあるのでリラックスしてお風呂に入れる。

エアコンはあまり強くないが、強い風が出ないのはむしろ快適。
冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えたので、ちょっと感動。
コンセントもたくさんある。

朝ごはんが最高！天井の高いホールの窓からイスラム・ホジャのミナレットが見える。ビュッフェではないが3人分くらいの食事がサーブされ、色々なものを食べられる。
夏に滞在したのでスイカとメロンがたっぷり出てきて嬉しかった。

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La struttura è una casa tradizionale uzbeka, festione familiare. La posizione è perfetta, all'interno delle mura della città medievale. La pulizia e la gentilezza sono impeccabili. C'è l'aria condizionata, internet, la colazione è ricca e buonissima. Ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo. Lo consigliamo vivamente

La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés. También se encuentran cerca cajeros automáticos y un banco. El desayuno es delicioso, variado y abundante. La habitación es bastante amplia lo que permite una gran comodidad. Recibimos sugerencias espectaculares y nos brindaron apoyo para el tour que queríamos hacer a las fortalezas. Definitivamente un lugar maravilloso para estar en la ciudad.

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. It's a lovely family-run business, and you can really feel the care and personal attention they put into making guests feel welcome. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Everything felt warm, genuine, and thoughtfully prepared. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience.

Lovely stay in this hotel which is an adapted old spacious family home with wood carved doors and ceilings. Great breakfast and a particularly friendly helpful manager on the desk. A stone's throw from everything you need to see in this unique well preserved ancient area.

Perfect location, Siyovush is a local that runs it and does a wonderful job. Other notes: breakfast was great, AC worked very well, balcony was wonderful, Siyovush booked a driver for me to the fortresses and Bukhara for much less than online operators

This is a family-run boutique hotel inside the old town (Ichan Kala), within walking distance of all the main attractions. You can feel the local vibe as soon as you step across the threshold. First, you have to take off your shoes. The oldest brother (also named Siyovush) is the heart of the hotel; he can arrange all the services needed by tourists at reasonable prices (e.g., airport pick-up from Urgench, a local guide, or a day trip to the ancient fortresses of Khorezm). The room was clean and a good size, featuring a comfortable bed, as well as free water and tea. In the lobby, there was a water dispenser for refilling your travel flask. However, the highlight for me was sitting on the terrace, sipping some cold beer, and admiring the view of the Islam Khoja Madrasah minaret.

TUTTO! Il proprietario è di una cortesia unica, ci ha spiegato tantissimo della loro cultura, del loro paese e della città. È stato disponibilissimo dal primo secondo che abbiamo messo piede in struttura, consigliandoci cosa fare, dove andare e dandoci anche delle indicazioni sugli orari migliori. Ci ha prenotato la cena al ristorante con la terrazza, con un tavolo favoloso. Torneremo sicuramente da lui, prima o poi!!

If you are traveling to Khiva, I absolutely recommend staying here! The host is incredibly hospitable; he explains everything and always checks in to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfasts are a whole different story - they are served with so much soul, offering a huge and diverse selection. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and the hotel itself is pristine and pleasant. Honestly, I would call it a museum because it is so authentic, filled with carved columns, paintings, and traditional embroidery. Since Uzbekistan is famous for all of this, here you can not only stay but also see the beauty that the owners work so hard to maintain and develop. A solid ten out of ten, and a huge thank you to the owner!

Cela vous évitera de payer le droit de passage à chaque fois

La chambre était très bien avec une petite terrasse pourvue d’une table et de 2 chaises
Il y a un petit réfrigérateur (même si on ne le voit pas sur les photos ni dans la description), une bouilloire et une théière
La climatisation, la télévision et la wifi fonctionnent très bien
La salle de bain est convenable avec de l’eau chaude à toutes heures et un bon débit
On n’entend aucun bruit car il est un peu en retrait de la zone touristique
Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais par contre c’est tout le temps la même choses et sur les 16 coupelles d’aliments je n’en ai touché que 5 chaque matin
(ce n’est pas un buffet)
Il faut prévenir la réception la veille pour dire à quelle heure on souhaite prendre son petit déjeuner le lendemain
Mais cela m’est arrivé de changer le matin même, à la dernière minute
Ils sont très arrangeant

Nice room and property very kind

The location was perfect. Inside the old historic district and all the great sites were in walking distance. The host Siyovush was soooo nice! He was the absolute best. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The amazing murals on the hallways spoke of the history of the country and the Silk Road. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. I felt like a queen with a table of delicious treats. I had to leave early in the morning and he packed me a special breakfast to take on the road. He also arranged for a driver to take me to the airport and a guide for a day tour of the city. Amazing place and I wish I had booked a longer stay.
