Pros:

Everything. Located within old town, Siyovush is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Even if we have a flight to catch early morning, Siyovush prepared a takeaway breakfast which we can eat on the road.

Cons:

Would rate the guesthouse 11/10 if i could ;)

Pros:

Only 1 min walk distance to Islam Khoja Minaret. A big house which I can feel the owner puts a lot efforts into it. Siyovush is really warm, friendly and always ready to offer the help. He even prepared a big lunch box for me at the day I visited Kalas.
Definitely recommended!

What a fantastic place to stay in Khiva, and such a kind and caring host.
Pros:

Everything about this property was great, the owner took at most care of me during my stay. Couldn’t have expected any more! Must stay kind of property when in Khiva.

Pros:

床品很舒适，不会过软过过硬，房间很整洁，早餐有点太多了，果酱和酸奶很好吃，房东人很好。通过房东介绍请到的向导Temur先生很专业，带着我一边讲解一边逛古城，遇到我不懂的词会换着方式解释到我能理解到为止，由此获得了对古城更深的了解。因为获得了知识，觉得非常开心和非常值得。

Extraordinary.
Pros:

Location and personnel. Design. Everything was fine, very welcoming hosts. My room was on the second floor with a view at a minaret.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

The location is close to many of the landmarks, the breakfast was delicious, but the kindness of the staff is what made the stay very enjoyable. The owner was helpful and gave us lots of information about Khiva and also to other places in Uzbekistan. He also helped us arranged a pickup at the Turkmenistan border to Khiva which made travel easier and safer.
