Hôtel très correct avec quelques améliorations possibles
Pros:

Très bon emplacement sur Phi Phi Island, au calme mais près de tout. Le personnel est très avenant et disponible.
Les prestations de l'hôtel sont tout à fait correctes., les chambres spacieuses et propres. La piscine qui borde les chambres très sympa. L'emplacement en bord de plage du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable!

Cons:

Les chambres et particulièrement la salle de bains mériteraient un petit rafraichissement. La literie était trop ferme à notre goût. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux mais la qualité pas exceptionnelle. Les maillots de bains de nos enfants ont déteint quand elles se sont baignées dans la piscine, probablement un excès de chlore

Really enjoyable and tranquil
Pros:

Amazing location, 2 minute walk from pier and close to restaurants, shops and long tail boats. Spacious, modern and clean facilities, property and rooms. Stunning pool and beach views. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend for the great price. The male worker who helped us with our luggage from the pier was so kind and helpful.

Would not recommend staying here, not good valid for money.
Pros:

The location is great and it is clean. The balcony had a very nice ocean/pool view.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic. The shower is weird. You can see the shower from outside the bathroom and see the shower curtain and silhouette of the person showering. The beds are as hard as a rock, and they only provide one pillow per bed.

סך הכל היה טוב, המלון במיקום מצוין והצוות מאוד נעים. אבל מאוד הפריע העניין עם המי מלח במקלחת.

המיקום היה מעולה. החדר עם הגישה לבריכה היה מאוד נוח והמלון היה בדיוק באמצע האי וקרוב להכל, ומצד שני מספיק שקט כדי לא לשמוע בלילה את הרעש מהמסיבות והמועדונים. השירות של הצוות והקבלה היה מעולה

Cons:

מאוד הופתענו לגלות שבמקלחת המים הם מי מלח (גם בבריכה). במשך 4 ימים הרגשנו מלוכלכים. והמים במקלחת נאגרים, כנראה שהניקוז לא טוב וזה פחות נעים להתקלח בתוך שלולית. הארוחת בוקר הייתה לא משהו בכלל (2 מתוך 3 ארוחות נאלצנו לאכול במסעדה אחרת כי באמת שלא היה מה לאכול)

Fabulous beach views.
It was our 30 anniversary and hotel done a lovely decoration on bed

Cons:

Breakfast wasn t very good.
Settled for toast and coffee.
There were eggs. Scramble.fried.
Omelette and boiled.
Fruit and salad.
Not a great choice for myself.
But if you like eggs.
Bed was hard but thats my preference.
My husband didnt mind it.
