It’s a oldschool business hotel. Good breakfast and accomading staff.
Pros:

No windows I our room, like a cruiser.

Great stay in Daet
Pros:

Hotel is located near convenience stores and mall. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Room was clean. Shower had good water pressure.

Very good, will come back and will recommend HF.
Pros:

Good location, clean, close to everything, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room is not sound-proofed, can hear people from hallway and i can also hear people’s conversation in their rooms while am in the hallway. Also street noise is audible.

It was good stay, worth the price, comfortable.
Pros:

Good location, near malls and laundry shops. It’s just along the road so easy to get rides. Also serves good breakfast. Room cleaning is fast but good. Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

No elevator, stairs too steep and can be unsafe to some guests. They provide “welcome” bottled waters but no refills, no coffee/tea in room. No fridge to cool our drinks. We can hear street noise inside the room especially during rush hours. Could also add more power outlets.

I've seen better hotel management watching Fawlty Towers.
Pros:

1. The breakfast served by Bobby was well above average and delicious. Jam for the toast would've been nice but none available. Bobby's service was excellent.
2. Checking out.

Cons:

1. Early check-in charge was a full day's rate and so was late check out. Was resonable for late checkout but not early check in.
2. A double bed was offered with the booking and selected but later after it was too late to cancel with Booking.com, was sent an email saying it may not be available. On requesting one they wanted to upgrade us to a Deluxe room at an increased rate. After my loud protest they decided to keep the peace and give us a double bed as booked, for the price booked.
3. The bed had No Duvet. When we called reception they said "The duvet cover was at the laundry and there was nothing they could do". They expected us to sleep under a flat sheet only. Again, after a loud protest from me they agreed to bring a duvet in a clean cover, presumably to shut me up.
4. The room was poorly equipped with inadeqquate supplies and facilities.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and never to be repeated. On the other hand, as circus' go it could have been quite entertainig, at my expense.

Pros:

The family room suite airconditioned button was all broken so you wont be able to turn it down to get to the right temperature. No comforter in the bedroom. Staff are friendly and the hotel are clean

Cons:

Its convenients to everything. Walking distance to SM Daet City.

Toilet was difficult to flush, no comforter and extra pillow offered while the room was cold. We were asked to pay extra which should have been part of the rate.
