The room /door lock is difficult to open. There is a strategy or technique to open or close it.

There's not really anything the property can do about this, but there are roosters next door that started crowing quite early in the morning. Not sure if all the rooms could hear them, but the sound came through very clearly in my room and woke everyone up well before dawn every day. We got used to it pretty quickly, so thankfully it did not ruin our stay. Everything else was great.

It is not the hotel´s fault, but there is a construction side that spoils othervise great view from some angles... but location is overall good

Balcony door was stiff and difficult to use

Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues (I won't go into details) which were however immediately resolved by the staff. 2 times we had some issues with hot water in the shower, the boiler did not always work well. We were not warned that water in the fridge was not for free and were charged extra (we'd pay anyway but it would be nice to know it).

Beds were solid hard, it’s a mattress on the floor.

Hard bed.
No elevator and 2 flights of stairs to unit.
Breakfast in other building and 4 flights of stairs to get to that.
Aircon struggles to cool entire unit and bedroom. Only fan in bedroom.
Room not soundproof and beside road. You'll get woken up by a rooster in the morning or dogs barking.

- Maybe the place was ok 10 years ago, but now everything is old and dated.
- I stayed 4 nights, nobody bother to clean my room even once.
- Nobody cared if I was ok during my stay, the only interaction was with security lady who showed my room when i arrived.
- Next to the hotel there is a big construction ongoing and, during the day, you will have all have all the construction noise, during the night, the big trucks and people unloading staff. Not a minute of quiet.

The Amo room was huge, which is great. It does not have a good view to the sea as it is blocked by the palms. The kitchen area was infested with ants and very poorly equipped.

The place is not being taken care of like before. It feels old and outdated and it does need some renovation.

The ceiling of our room started to leak because of the rain and it was the only room of its kind “Amo”, so we could not move to a similar room, so they gave us an additional room for free to fit our family.

The breakfast options are good but very limited and has less options than what it used to have 7 years ago.

If am not mistaken, the staff is only available until 6pm. If they can extend that a little more in case there are emergencies it would be great.

If you can add extra pillows on the bed too please. Rather than just 2. :)

They have a pretty abysmal policy and conveniently refuse to answer emails. I made the mistake of booking when I wasn’t even on the island, immediately realized my mistake and tried to correct it, however, the cancellation fee would be more than the booking itself and you shouldn’t think that they will answer any emails because they are a sham. Didn’t you read the policy? You read the policy right? The policy that says you’re gonna have to pay an obscene ”fee.” I made a last minute booking at 1930 and I guaranteed they wouldn’t lose any money especially since I noticed my mistake immediately. They will, and have to me, screw you up the backside for a penny. Good job not answering my email, I hope it was worth it.
