Had a good stay with the family and meets my expectation.

Although stay was short, we had a pleasant stay at Mango suit, nice staff, easy to check-in.
Pros:

Staffs are approachable and kind. Location is accessible to the shops, panciteria and many more.

Cons:

Toilet and shower divider was broken. Checking out took a lot longer than expected ~30 mins.

We think the receptionist was a scammer. We informed them via Booking.com message that we would arrive early, but we received no response.

When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we could only check in if we upgraded our room. After a long discussion, we reluctantly agreed to the upgrade. However, after I paid and waited for the key card, the receptionist told me we could only go to the room if we made another payment, this time for early check-in.

With no choice, and because we were already tired, we paid, even though we felt we were being scammed.

Lovely staff and good place to stay
Pros:

Close to Victory Liner terminal and Robinsons. Double Dose cafe is nearby and recommended if you are looking for good coffee.

Cons:

Maybe the shower cap needs cleaning or changing.

Worst experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone staying here
Pros:

Strategically near to everything you need.

Cons:

**Day 1:** When we entered the room, it had a foul odor.
**Day 2:** I experienced a loss of my gold jewelry, and the management did not address the issue appropriately until I reported it to the police.
**Day 3:** There was selective service and inconsistent statements. For example, room service claimed they did not deliver to the room, even though just the other day they had served coffee. Meanwhile, housekeeping verbally stated that they would change the bed sheets every three days.

**Overall Staff Attitude:** The staff did not acknowledge the client's complaints and instead tried to cover up the issues. Although they offered an apology, it felt too late to make a difference. By the time I checked out, my jewelry had not been returned, and the issue remained unresolved.
