Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Taschkent.
Pros:

Sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Beim Frühstück gab es auch genug Auswahl.

Разочаровывающий опыт, не рекомендую.

Удобное местоположение, заселили раньше времени

Cons:

Гостиница не новая, довольно потрёпанная — по фото и описанию ожидания были выше. Полотенца потрепанные, наволочки при заезде были с пятнами, простыни не первой свежести. За те деньги, которые здесь просят, легко найти варианты намного лучше в той же локации или поблизости.

Бронировала отель в первую очередь из-за бассейна, но осталась разочарована: свободного доступа нет, плавать можно только по предварительной записи на определённое время, а вода в бассейне всегда прохладная и мутная.

Отдельно неприятно удивил ресепшен. Пытались выставить мне городской налог и туристический сбор, хотя я являюсь гражданкой Узбекистана и по закону эти платежи ко мне не относятся. При заезде предупредила, что завтракать не буду, и попросила пересчитать стоимость — мне сказали, что решим вопрос при выезде. Но при выезде категорично отказали, не сделав скидку даже в 5 долларов, хотя завтраком я не пользовалась все три дня. Также слышала, как персонал ресепшена пытался навязать другим гостям сауну “в подарок”, хотя эта услуга и так входит бесплатно.

В целом впечатление — гостиница не соответствует заявленному уровню и цене, а работа ресепшена вызывает серьёзные вопросы к честности расчётов.

Konumu gayet iyi fiyat performans diyebilirim. Kaldığım oda genişti.

Cons:

Gece elektrikler gitti kaldığım odada yaklaşık 20 dk beklemek zorunda kaldim.

Location is good.

Cons:

Cold and too deep swimming pool, there is no pool for children, poor breakfast options, that is the same each day. 3 nights I stayed with this hotel and there was no room cleaning.
