离火车站挺近，方便我们坐高铁去撒马尔罕。
订的双床间，结果给我们的是大床间。
床单很脏，有头发等，可能都没换洗床单。

Очень странный молодой человек на ресепшен, несколько раз уточнял мою фамилию и точно ли мы приехали в тот отель . При этом у него в системе отображалась моя бронь . В но не душно и шумно ! Уборка на 3. Пастельное белье и внутренностн уже очень уставшие . Ну если вы используете белое белье постельное , значит оно долго быть белым . Из приятного белые мягкие полотенца. Все !!!
Great location and short distance from the airport. Tea and coffee and water replenish every day.
1. Curtains in the room don't fit the window, they covered about 50% of the window and I got up every morning at 05:00 at the sun rise.
2. Dirty room, I got ants in the room at the coffee table and somebody's hair in the bed.
3. Most ridiculous shower I've ever seen. Water goes from everywhere except from shower head.
4. Wardrobe - doors doesn't closed, opens on their own.
5. Breakfast - strange and not intuitive. There also many ants at the buffet. For breakfast I got 2 eggs, one sausage and for some reason soup, all in one plate. Nobody asked or told me anything, just gave me this absurd combination of food.

The location was fine, and the initial booking process was smooth, but unfortunately, the actual stay did not live up to the online rating.
We chose this hotel based on its 8+ rating, but it was highly disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned as requested—it seems you have to explicitly message them through Booking.com just to get basic housekeeping. The amenities and furniture are visibly overused and worn down. Additionally, the breakfast was poor, and the staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the rating.

Уборку сделали один раз и то после жалоб на ресепшене, мусор собирался и приходилось собирать отдельный пакет или выносить самим, полы естественно не мылись, на ручку вешала бирочку с просьбой убрать - как возвращались она так и висела.
Close to the airport and train station, lovely staff and easy check in and out. Room was comfy and plenty of space for one night. Easily accessible to the city as well.
Close, walking distance from the train station and a short Yandex away from the airport. The room was spacious and well equipped. Amenities were provided and the bed was very comfortable. I arrived late at night and was checked in with a smile. The ladies serving breakfast in the morning were very friendly.
I had a room right near the reception and the man on the reception desk was playing football videos on his phone very loudly into the early hours of the morning, so bring ear plugs!
