The location was up from Session Road. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like the coffee.
May I commend the staff for being very responsive and acting even beyond their duty to assist us. We left some valuable perishable items in the ref and they were able to help receive it through very smooth coordination and were sent eventually by bus to our home. Thank you for the timely alert we received by the staff.

The location was excellent. The B and B was in the center of the City which made it a great starting point to all the areas of interest that was visited. The value for money was the best. They accommodated the small dog that we travel with.
I cannot think of anything I did not like about our room. We had trouble with the TV remote control but this did not change our impression of the property. The sink did not drain too well but this likewise was not a problem. We were charged a nominal fee per night for the dog that we brought. This fee was not mentioned in the web. The fee, however, was very reasonable.

The sewage in the CR smells bad… its smell goes to the room specially when the door of the CR is open..
Even when you are using the shower, we get to inhale the bad odor. Its like when you are in the CR you are being marinated with the smell of bad fumes.
And I think they need to update their fixtures, specially the shower.

The hot and cold shower is challenging to use. Its hard to maintain certain water temperature while taking a bath

there is no hot water in the shower but the faucet water is extremely hot . the sink is clog we have to let the staff to have it fix . the shower leak the whole time waste a lot water.
The frontdesk (Marissa), Jun, the new and the old guard, the staff who brings our breakfast, and everyone else we have interacted; they were all exceptional!!! Customer service at its finest. they all deserve a raise. ❤️
The room was so clean, and the location is superb!
